I bought my dress from Dressilyme. They did a great job, fits perfectly and came super quick! On another note, I am having second thoughts about my dress now!! I have tried it on and I am just nervous that it is quite tight as it's sort of modified mermaid/trumpet style. I am on the fence about ordering another dress....since the first was super reasonable, I kinda want to buy another just to ow that I will be comfy on the big day! Thoughts?? Am I crazy? Hey Calgary brides! I am a little bit away from you all in Edmonton! 92 more days until the big day!

Hopefully they still can come! I have three sisters, all with kids. One of them will be bringing her 5 month old baby. The others have all done trips south with their babies. It wasn't too bad even!

We ordered white linen shirts and beige linen pants from islandimporter.com. They are really nice, but the sizing is a little weird. We ordered 7 pairs of pants and 4 of them fit perfect, the other 3 we have to exchange.

Less than 90 days till I leave! I have so many things to do and don't know where to start!! Going shoe shopping tomorrow and then undergarment shopping Wednesday! Then I need to get my dress fittings started!! Time to start a list and check things off!

I need to think about this as well! I have gotten FI a watch before, but he doesn't really wear it much. And I did a boudoir shoot a few years back...it was actually pretty funny, I gave him the book for his birthday, he looked through it, looked at me and asked if it was me. Lol I told him yes of course it was me! We are both pretty practical and he just didn't get the whole thing really!! Lol love him! Will have to think of some other ideas!!

Going barefoot on the beach and hopefully I find some cute wedge sandals for the reception!!

One of my best friends just dropped out. I knew she would the whole time...I will get over it, after all, I will be getting married and couldn't be happier about it, just a little sad she won't be there to celebrate with us...

I have a friends birthday celebration tonight, she made dinner reservations at 7:30pm. I am starving and wondering how I will stay awake!!

@@jeni41418 congrats!! I haven't worried too much about the hotel selling out although I have heard a few brides mentioning it has in the past. Crossing my fingers! Nine months is a lot of time to get everything together! Time goes by quick though! We are at less than three months until we leave and I am just starting to feel like I should do some stuff!

We have pretty much left it up to our guests! Some have talked and doubled up, others just got single rooms, and some have invited a friend with them. The cost was about $200 for a single as well...not too bad! I had a single room for my sisters wedding 6 years ago and loved it!! Only my mess around, room service breakfast for one on my patio in the mornings...it was great!

I also enjoy seeing what everyone is up to wedding wise on here! Everyone seems to have great ideas! My FI also doesn't get any of the money spending!! He is finally resigned to just letting me do my thing really! He knows I am also pretty frugal so it's not too crazy! When I went dress shopping he thought long and hard about my "budget" and settled on $500. I smiled. But then I just couldn't drop $1500+ on a dress so I ended up buying a knockoff from China! It fits perfect and was well under his budget! I am tying to shop around for things that I know I want and just buy it when I see a deal! Found FI's tie and shoes at the bay during bay days. The ring bearers outfits are from OldNavy when they were on sale, flower girls dress off Babysteals.com... So when I spent $2500 on our photographer it was a little easier! And I think I got a great deal with that! He is from my FI hometown so we did our engagement shoot last week while we were there. And he is coming to the wedding week and doing a TTD after the wedding!

I agree that despite the DW being more than I originally thought, it is way more reasonable than doing a wedding at home!

I have tried putting things I to a budget....but then I get scared off!! We are still trying to keep costs in line and will wait to see how many we have booked in the end! That will be the real deciding factor in what extras we can add in!!

Oh my goodness! Everything looks amazing! You are so on top of everything! I'm getting married in 98 days and don't have most of the things done that you do! Great work!

I just emailed The Styling Trio to see what sort of prices they charge! Hopefully it's reasonable!
