I totally agree! My personal trainer is absolutely amazing! I've trained with him before (I had to move away then I moved back) and he is literally the push I need to keep myself motivated and accountable. He is into Crossfit so we implement many of the moves you see in Crossfit into my workouts. It's pretty crazy I never pictured myself dead lifting or squatting but it makes you feel so powerful and strong! And not bulky either! I think weightlifting has helped me the most in body composition, now diet is my other key factor - I try to eat a balanced meal with reduced carb intake but I don't starve myself or if I am craving something I eat it.
