I think I am going to do luggage tags for name tags on the dinner table. We have a signing frame for a photo instead of a guest book since we only have 25 people coming down. I LOVE your luggage tag idea! We are having about 50 people coming to our wedding.

  3. Yes I am doing legal wedding and Paloma told me AFTER the legal stuff we could say our own vows and have a poem read. We have an odd number as well- 5 bridesmaids and 2 or 3 groomsmen lol. I'm having my girls walk down together linking arms.

  5. Is anyone having trouble with family - like grandparents - that are unable to attend? How are you including them in your ceremony or wedding? My grandmother is too weak to travel to Mexico.

  7. What do you think about getting a small speaker and attaching a microphone to it so that we can do speeches in the restaurant? We already have a little speaker- but i am thinking about purchasing a microphone with a cord to attach it. I don't think it will be too loud that it would disrupt others in the restaurant, but just loud enough so that surrounding tables could hear the speeches clearly?

  21. I booked my trip in September... Our weddig is set for August 4, 2014 at the tulum gazebo for 3pm. Our dinner is going to be at 6 to 8 at the tequila Resturant... This is what is currently set. I still need to touch base with my weddig coordinator about the meals for dinner and I also want to set up a cocktail hour before dinner from 5 to 6 with cocktails, refreshments, chips/salsa, and guitar trio. We also plan to do a poolside reception from 8 to 10:30... My wedding coordinator is jazmin. It sounds like your wedding coordinator is slacking. I would be really upset! Did you send out your invitations yet?

Since you are getting married at 3 and dinner at 6, what are you going to have your guests do in the time in-between? Since I also have the same time I'm worried as to how to entertain them. Regarding the speeches, do they provide a mic for the speeches?
  23. Does anyone know if the national bar price includes wine and beer? (17/first hour, 12/additional hours) I know the International bar specifies that it includes wine and beer (24/first hour, 18/additional hours), but the national bar does not specify this. Thank you :)
