Our trip was supposed to be May 11th - May 18th but we were just notified by our travel agent this week that our Sunday flight has been cancelled! They are moving us all to the flight departing May 10th. Pretty bummed about it but hey maybe I'll get to catch a glimpse of your wedding

We are doing a mix of ipod/speaker rental and DJ for the evening cocktails/reception. We've also got the fire dancers coming in near the end of the dinner portion of the night. The DJ and fire dancers are quite pricey but I hope it'll be worth it!

We're actually doing 2 ceremonies. A hindu ceremony at 9:30 AM and the vows renewal at 4PM. One of our groomsmen is trying to make it into the photography industry so we're letting him do all our photos for the week! Worked out for both sides

I believe the iPod docks are free of charge but to use the speakers with them is an additional cost ($150/hr). If you are brining your own portable speakers there should be no issue. Does anyone have any experience with the Red Lane Spa for hair/makeup??

Hi all! Our wedding has been booked for May 2014 @ Beaches T&C! I was wondering if anyone has had an indian ceremony there before? or knows of someone who has? We are hoping to do a small indian ceremony in the morning followed by the vows prior to the evening reception.
