    Have you checked with Sky Dweller? Their wedding fee may require a bit of flexibility given that you won't be staying at the house. That being said, it's a gorgeous site with a fantastic view of Lanai in the background. Aside from some immaterial snafus with the house itself (as a rental), we have no regrets about having our wedding there.
