Is anyone else having trouble getting guests to committ? I cannot begin to put together my bags until I have a more accurate head count. Right now my numbers are ranging between 10 and 75. Argh

Does anyone know of any dairy free or Jewish bakeries in the Cancun/Playa del Carmen area? My fiance and I are both allergic to milk but would still love to eat some sort of dessert at our wedding. Thanks in advance!

We have set our date at El Dorado Royale 4/19/2014 hooray! I thought about the Moon Palace and they have some great incentives for larger parties but really didn't like their beach it's ugly and people said it smelled. Since I wanted a beach wedding this was really important. I think Gran Caribe was more expensive and closer to Cancun than we wanted. Kelseyrenee I'm getting married the week before you and I have Gazebo 55 and Tucanes as well lol. I don't think I'll be there when you are though. At the request of many of our friends we'll probably be moving resorts that Monday to something a bit cheaper. I haven't figured out where yet. lol That way people can stay an extra week.
