My girlfriend is into photos as well. I'm thinking of paying a night of room expenses for her, all I want her to shoot is while I'm getting dressed and maybe a TTD. She'd do it for free but I figure if I do at least that shell feel dedicated to get the pics to me in time. That way I can skip the cost for the professional photographer. He can start at the time of the ceremony. I'm happy with a few getting dressed photos. I can't I,alone wanting those in my final album anyway

So ... What do you ladies think about the faux cake trend. I definitely don't want a towering uber expensive cake . I'd rather have a sweets / cupcake table. So I hear you can buy a fake cake . Where one area is real for you to cut for the cake cutting ceremony . I kinda likely

I have to confess to you ladies that you guys are slowly becoming my saviors/motivators . At least once a day for the last month I have a meltdown because I just can't imagine planning this whole thing. Ironically a decade ago , I was an events planner. That's probably the reason I could skip the whole big wedding thing. I'd like to go thru a drive thru chapel, but my FI is much more traditional and really wants this big wedding. The destination thing was a happy medium/ compromise for me. So after I spaz out and say I can't do this, put on my big girl pants and come on here. I live reding all the stuff you guys are into and it gets me excited . ( I do love a good party) lol! So thanks!!!!

There's a past BDW bride who has made a business out of making the passports and save the dates . Amongst other stuff for those of us that aren't too creative. Her Facebook page is Vanessa's destination wedding invitations. She is pretty reasonable I think. I emailed her and she even gave me options. I can put them together after she prints them to save money. Don't know if I'll use her yet but thought I'd share. :0)

Does anyone know the site to start building my own wedding page? So ppl can see updates and possibly even RSVP . I'm leaning towards not having paper RSVP's and have them respond online. People are all so digital now. And every buck saved counts. :0). I know I hate having to buy stamps . Lol
