  1. Jennangaged, I've never use the company mentioned. But my dress was made by dressilyme and it took pretty much 1 month making the dress and also for delivery. They also do priority shipping if need to. You'd just have to send them an email telling them the dress to be sent asap. Good luck
  2. Hey miss jali. Its pretty spot on And its gorgeous. But I think the florets where the skirt is are not as heavy and close as the original picture? And they are not 'falling' downwards, forward instead, if that make sense? Not sure, but just my opinion.
  3. Suffolk I love your dress on!! Love the silhouette as well! They did great on your dress. To me, I wouldnt add the straps either as I think it gives the illusion of broader shoulder. I like the belt on as well. Mine look almost similar to yours without petticoat and just have to tighten it to achieve that silhouette like you have. Love the lace details as well. Amazing!
  4. This looks amazing Suffolk bride! I love how they pay attention to details. Definitely cant expect it to be the same as the original, but like you said you did some changes too and considering paying only a fraction of the price compared to the original dress. I cant wait to see the pictures of you in the dress
  5. Hey suffolk, I can certainly do that for you as I need to keep taking it out of the breathable wedding gown bag so it doesnt have a permanent fold on the dress. Need to dry clean it but my wedding isnt until next year March. Over excited much? Lol. I'll have to wait until maybe 2 months before the wedding to alter it
  6. thank you! I am very happy with the dress. And agreed too fast of a turnaround time but it doesnt look like a rush order made as you can see care was taken during the making and the stitchings as well. ♥
  7. So... Ladies. My dress is here!! I am so impressed with my experience with dressilyme. I ordered the dress and it was done within 2 weeks plus alterations i have asked them to do to the necklines. Then gave them the ok to deliver and it is here within a week. Total it took them 3 weeks to do everything for me. I am amazed at the craftmanship. and even my FH is impressed. His friend who is a wedding photographer told me that the material used is of a great quality, with about 4-5 layers of different materials used. The laces are not the stick-to-the-material, but the proper ones used like on expensive, real deal branded bridal gown. I need abit more alterations just because i like it tighter on me and i am going to permanently sew in the sleeves into the dress, as i have asked them to do a detachable sleeves on mine.
  8. I have to say I have been soo impressed by dressily at the moment. I Have just emailed Milly regarding if the package has been sent out from their Freight department and it has!!! Yay! I can start tracking it starting next week once it has been updated to the tracking website. But as I am using EMS it will take longer maybe 25-30 days to get to me? I am willing to wait as long as I get the package. Literally bursting with excitement at the moment!!hehe
  9. Yesss im pretty excited and I am pretty much hanging for it to come and finally trying it on!well they did said that the quality control will check the dress 1st before being sent out from the freight department etc. So I assume probably another week til it is out of their company, which I am not fuss about as time is on my side. before I made paypal payment I got them to agree with me regarding sending pictures abd told them the reason is becausev I'll be wearing this dress for 2 weddings, which I am not lying about and want the dress to be as close as what I want as possible. thats weird that they told you no functional buttons with loops as they've agreed with mine and obviously I paid extra for them. And I guess I told them alot of how much they have been helpful and a pleasure to work with. I also did mentioned im going to leave feedback on Facebook. Maybe that's why.
  10. you're very welcome! Glad I could help fellow bride to be. I ordered my dress like 3 weeks ago and they sent me pictures and did the changes within a few days with the necklines. And I am happy with them so I got dressilyme to send my dress out. I'm very happy so hoping that no alterations needed. Also I did mine with zip and functional buttons on top of the zip, hopefully it will be ok as I know alot of brides uses lace up back.
  11. suffolkbride,I have the colour chart from dressilyme(ordered this before I ordered my dress) and there's definitely slight difference from ivory to white. kinda almost cream. Light champagne would look too 'dirty' or stained looking. But then each to their own. I ordered mine in ivory.
  12. beautiful dress! Love the details at the back. I was closed to using dhgate for my dress, was going to use weddingdress88 I think thats what the seller was called. I cannot remember but a few of the brides here used him before(think Sunny was his name). But it was really hard to communicate with him so I ended up using dressilyme instead.
  13. hi Icis I got them to agree sending me pictures before I paid for their service. I just told them as I am using this dress for 2 weddings, just would like everything to be perfect and the way I want it to be. Milly helped me by asking her manager and her manager agreed.
  14. Ok girls. I have just got an email from Milly from dressilyme and my dress is done within 2 weeks after payment! Now i am just wondering, i think there's something weird with the sleeves and the front and back neckline. Sleeves seem abit short-ish ( i want them to be off shoulder dress). The sides of the inner sleeves also seemed like there's extra long-ish material attached to the neckline. The back, when buttoned up will definitely be too tight and i want it to be shorter. The rest i am very happy. The 1st 2 pictures are the way i want it to be, while the later pictures on mannequins are from dressilyme. From dressilyme:
