Has any brides done this? I just know that half the people that get the save the dates won't come so would I be safe with just giving the invitations out a year in advance or is the save the dates necessary? Thanks everyone / i sent my save the dates out in july 2013 for my wedding in June of 2014(only since i didn't get them until july) lol. choice of resort is depending on what things you need. my self i'm staying at Sandals, Whitehouse. For me i fell in love with it, now the difference is Sandals resorts are not children/family oriented, (that's beaches) since i have no chilldren attending it was perfect and the cost was excellent as well. those that have children love ther rui as well as iberostar. if you do chose sandals or beaches, people can also stay at any sandals , or beaches and they don't have to pay a day pass. so let's say you stay at Sandals, Montego bay, but for cost your guest stay at sandals carysle in montego, bay, they can stay at one and play at all, they wono't have to pay to come over to your resort. here is where i am going ot be. i loved it because it's alll oceanfront and none of my guest have to upgrade their rooms to have great room view. www.sandals.com/whitehouse
  5. here is waterproof label, hard to doo keycard because it's in ms publisher so shows it's not an image,

Most importantly, I keep going back and forth on videography. I am so cheap but I know deep down I should do it since so much of my family isn't coming. (We only invited immediate family.) I just have so much trouble thinking about spending a thousand dollars on video! I could get the cheap sort of cheesy resort videographer for $450, ceremony only. Or, a nice short form 25-50 minute video, four hours of coverage for $900 after external vendor fees... or six hours of coverage, short form video, and highlights video for around $1,300 after vendor fee.... that amount of money makes me want to faint! I almost just want to give someone a flip camera but I know that probably isn't a good solution. How about you?? i promise you have no idea how cheap, frugal, thrifty i am. ( my fiancee is not a big picture person at all) so alll that would be a waste for me, now if i do any it wll be smallest package for pictures which is like 355.00 for 18 pictures, we did decided(not for pricewise) but more actually for sentimental reasoons, too do the custom disposable cameras, this will allow our guest to take pictures as they see us and then i may just add the videography
