My hubby and I were married on April 20, 2009. I always went back and forth with the feeling of wanting to have a wedding ceremony but not wanting to deal with all the hassle that comes along with it. ie. Family drama, money, planning, etc. So we simply married at the courts and I let go of the want to be in a beautiful dress and have all my loved ones witness the union between my long time love and I. However that want did not completely disappear. We decided that we would renew our vows after our third year of marriage but had to change plans due to expecting a new baby. Our second son together. Now that we are embarking on our fifth year of marriage I've started putting the word in freiends and family's ear, looking up dresses. Speaking with a travel agent, starting DIY save the dates...and I'm asking myself....do I really want this? LOL. Tell me am I the only one having doubts? I feel like this is supposed to be one of the happiest times in my life, Planning a wedding, but its already seems so stressful. I am a perfectionist when it comes to planning events so is it just fear that everything wont turn out the way I want it? Am I just overwelhmed but the amount of work it is going to require???? Help! Please tell me I'm not the whionly one who feels this way. while i don't feel that way at this moment, i've defitnitely felt just like you do,,take a breather and relax and it will all come together, i assure you. my wedding is june 7,2014 in jamaica as well

At least that is what I remember. makes sense, but they really should let people know that upfront

  6. I work for a bank in credit card department and the difference you will see is callled a foriegn transaction fee. Standard ftf (foreign transaction fee) is 3% of each transaction processes outside of us dollars. Only amex has no ftf but charge 1% conversion rate.

  16. save the date are not necessarily need it. But if you are looking to save some money I recommend doing what I did. I set out a ton of save the date, mostly to those that I know will not be able see you at 10. You can do save the date very inexpensive, there are multiple Groupon that come out and save a ton of money, I use Shutterfly and they have great deals. If you buy any dresses weather in your dress or bridesmaid dressesfrom David's Bridal, David's Bridal will give you a $20 Shutterfly gift card and trust me that helps out a lot. With my $20 off from David's Bridal I got 50 save the date for like $5. I get a total about one hundred and twenty save the date, using coupons that I get from Shutterfly from ordering as well as gift card from Davids Bridal. Then I was able to only need to buy invitationsfor those that I know will be attending or those that I know I really would attend if they were able to but not due to health, Agwage, etcetera. It allows me to not have to spend quite as much on invitations which are fairly expensive
  17. save the date are not necessarily need it, but if you are looking to save a ton of money what I recommend is what I did. I sent Save the Date out to those that I know I may not be able to make it so that they would still have some momento of the game itself. Save the Date can be actuallybe done very
