Ktzaz000 - I visited this resort and Dreams last year while on a cruise with the fiancé. He really loved the feel of this place. There seemed to be a lot of indoor and outdoor activities to keep our guests entertained, the price was right, the resort allowed kids (some of my friends/relatives might be bringing their little ones) and the staff seemed very experienced in weddings. Overall it just seemed like the best fit for us.

Hey Girl - I'm planning mine for May 2015 at the Elegance as well. Congrats on your engagement BTW. I haven't gotten too far in the planning process yet. But I've seen some of his work and he seems like a phenomenal photographer. What kind of 'travel costs' do you mean? Will he be traveling from the States? I'm willing to help trim my budget any way I can! Let me know what ya think... -C

Hello Ladies! I'm still in the early stages of planning - but I had a question about the bar pricing. I heard there used to be an option for a $5/pp/hr open bar that served only wine, beer and soda for the after-party/reception. Does this still exist or has it now been replaced by one of the other categories above? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!
