    Getting people to book....especially since the deposit is only $25!! Also, I'm really worried about no-shows. We had 5 for our engagement party, which I think is utterly obnoxious.

    I'm glad to know that I am not the only one experiencing this lag in booking! When we first sent STD's we had 7 cabins booked right away. Our reduced deposit expires in 5 days and we are still missing major people - my MOH (who is my aunt) and FH's Best man (his brother) have not booked yet. Our invites are going out next week and I just know I'll be chasing people down. Grr.
