My fiance wants me to keep my short hair. I kind of want to grow it out for more options for hairstyles. I'm pretty torn. Is short hair better since it'll be hot? Or worse because I can't really put it up away from my neck? LOL HELP!

I was originally going to send out save the dates with a years' notice but my Travel Agent advised against it. Since pricing that far ahead is barely in, she said to give it a month or two so that guests that are on the fence can have all the pricing information more readily available to them. My date is May 23, 2014. I'm in the process of getting my STDs ready and will be sending them out end of July/early August. My formal invites will be sent around December. Hope that helps

Oh no...I haven't even begun to think about this. The only thing I do know is when being announced as man and woman (or whatever wording is used) when walking in for the reception, it will be: POWER OF LOVE- by Huey Lewis and the News My FI is a HUGE Back to the Future fan. So that's my way of letting his touch on the wedding come through.

Sooo, I'm really frustrated. I sent Cecilia my paperwork (for the deposit) a week ago, along with some questions about our contract. We are making some changes to what we had originally wanted. One of my BMs is an event coordinator and is helping me plan. She has been trying to get in touch with Cecilia for about 2, maybe 3 weeks now. Cecilia vaguely answers, and has yet to answer my questions from a week ago. Also, the deposit has not been applied! The money is still sitting in my bank account. I'm worried I'm going to lose my wedding date. Any suggestions? (I know she is busy, but at least let me know what is going on with the deposit, so I don't sit here freaked out about losing my date.)

Starting my 5 day juicing cleanse this week - just had my first batch of juice for breakfast. Bought the week's worth of fruits and veggies last night, and got to juicing! I made 2 days worth of juice for now to see how it goes. Wish me luck!

Had a boxers bootcamp class yesterday and today I ran a 5k. Successful weekend for me!

I am most definitely considering letterpress invites. Doing my own STDs, but for the formal invite I'm thinking of getting them professionally printed, with my design.

First thing I did was create a separate email for any and all wedding things. I am using Pinterest for a lot of link storage too.
