Nope. RSVPs will be strictly online. Everyone invited is tech savvy and if not they will let me know haha. I believe the final count is 30 days before. The RSVP would be to attend the wedding. I'm letting them know of the booking date on the save the date I will be sending out next week.

Ladies. I need your help. So I have a block of rooms reserved and the last day for deposits is Sept 2. The wedding isn't until MAY 2014. What RSVP date do I put for my guests?

Yeh, I'm a pretty optimistic person. I just had a breakdown moment haha. I also have the beach as a last resort, which is not a bad resort if you ask me, haha!

So I wanted to update you all on what ended up happening. I finally got a hold of the WC. She said unfortunately the other couples booked and signed for the locations, while I never signed (she never put it in the contract for me, so I didn't want to sign unless it was in there). Anyway, I have reserved a different location. It's nice, but not what I had envisioned. It's ok though. I am letting it go. She said that since we are so far out from the actual date that things may happen - people might change their minds, cancel their weddings (yikes), decide to go with another resort, etc. SO I guess I am waiting and crossing my fingers. If not, I will make due

Thank you! This really helps calm me down. We have reserved the Oceana Terrace for our reception. Cecilia told me that there are times when other areas open up and people cancel or change their minds, so it might work out anyway. Like you said, what matters is who is there, so I am going to just go with it. After all, going with DW option, I knew I wasn't going to be able to control every aspect of the wedding haha.

Any one know what the Oceana Terrace looks like? And I haven't been able to find it on the map anywhere. Is it the same as the Seaside Terrace?

I haven't been able to contact Cecilia. This is exactly why this happened. SHe takes WAY TOO long to answer a matter that should take minutes. The Barracuda Terrace is already taken as well apparently. That was my back up location, but since she won't answer my emails, of course the locations are getting scooped up by other people. Is there anyone hire than Cecilia I can talk to?

Just found out from Cecilia,my WC, that the space I had wanted for my reception is booked by another couple for their reception. I have been asking her about that space for almost 2 months now and never once did she say it was booked until today. I am devasted. And my back up space is also booked. I told her to add it to the contract multiple times and she never did. I did not want to sign the contract without the proper information in the contract. But she didn't listen. She also hasn't taken out the cocktail hour or added my bonfire like I told her to 3 times already. is there anything I can do about this? I don't have a reception space! And I do NOT want in on the beach. I AM SO UPSET I WANT TO CRY OR THROW UP OR BOTH!!
