I actually did ten days for each one straight (I was pretty determined)/ The push ups I couldn't do either, a year later I've gotten better at them lol. When I completed her 30day shred I took two days off and than did her Ripped in 30 DVD, same type of concept but much harder workouts. It helped me lose some of the fat. Than I did Supreme 90, bought it at big lots for $10 and it was great, lost two pant sizes from it....but that's almost all weight lifting and it is 90 days. It came with a schedule. Than I did her killer buns and thighs, banish fat boost met, and no more trouble zones and after all that moved on to Insanity and completed that. I haven't really done any at home stuff lately. Been taking kickboxing at the gym but I have gone down 20lbs and from a size 13 to now a size 4
