    Love this idea... I'm going to get one for my bouquet with a picture of my dad who passed away. Honestly though it will depend on how much flowers cost, if I'll get the mom's flowers. I'm still waiting to hear back from my wedding coordinator.

    I can't justify OOT bags either.... Going make tumblers for all guest and do bags for only the bridal party.

    We're paying for everything ourselves. I know our family are paying out a lot of money to go and am not expecting them to help foot our bill. We chose to get married away and I'm just glad they're able to attend.

    I don't mind at all.... Plan on giving little cards to guest with directions as to how they can share their photos with us. The photographer can take photos of everything and we'll be super busy so I really don't want to miss out on the candid photos guest take.

    Also, once we put down our deposit, the travel agent held 30 seats for 90 days but we didn't have to pay extra for that and wouldn't be penalized if all the seats weren't taken.... We've actually booked over that number and have 43 people booked, also know of at least 10 people who are definitely going but haven't booked.

    I was also looking at flip flop bottle openers.... didn't think they'd be to bad to pack.... Really like the maracas but not sure how much they would cost in Playa Del Carmen.....

    We're laid back as well, I created a facebook event to keep reminding people and updating people on prices and seat availability....Also had a wedding website.... It worked we have 43 people booked!

    I ordered my flowergirl dress on ebay for $30, but I am having trouble finding something appropriate for the junior bridesmaids...

    @@Linz1131 We've ordered online from JJ's House and also TB dress in the past, much cheaper and good quality. They have plus sizes and also do custom sizing!

    @Carlicardenas I have debated the same thing, it doesn't take long for the cost to add up.... I love the idea but am just afraid of the things being a waste.... We're doing tumblers and I'll probably fill it with a few things, and attach a luggage tag or room key holder. I plan on doing bags for the bridal party, with beach towels and some other goodies.

    I haven't decided what to do yet.... My bridesmaids are throwing me a shower so and my work girls are doing the same, I think I might just let people buy what they want and can afford......
