Well I do believe the change in ownership is perhaps changing the resort and right now I wouldn't recommend it.we had so many issues and only such a small group that i'm just disappointed not even mad..all the reviews were so amazing that I can't even list all the mishaps. Overall my holiday was still enjoyable and the kids enjoyed it as well but I will never go back to this resort. We love Mexico and our wedding will be one of our best days ever however I can't rave about the hotel or service. Nothing was so awful that it ruined our holiday but for the money we paid we expected more. When we get home ill post more details we are just on travel day

yikes!! this makes me really nervous!! we are getting married in two weeks,,,so nervous now! everything seems to be good with Eleane now, some confusion from start but now all seems ok but that review makes me super nervous!! I am also not super impressed that when we booked we asked for adjoining rooms since we have 4 kids with us and they can't quarantee it… so so nervous.. Im sure it will work out but with 4 kids i don't want to be spread apart…yikes….

-few questions starting to get panicky lol.!!! Anyone doing IPod for music?did you do full playlist or just random songs you enjoyed? Im so lost on this!! We are having very small ceremony reception with only about 24 people so not doing a dance floor or anything just wanted some music with dinner and afterward? -As well what are you bringing for decorations?? I cant justify some of the crazy costs of the decorations but not sure what i should or want to bring. we are doing family style dinner on beach so dont need much but worried i wont have enough?? we rented lights and candles but was thinking our boquets will work for centerpeices? -oot bags-- im doing travel mugs and a few things havent finalized, however did you bring another suitcase for this stuff? Thanks!!!

Hey!! i just ordered the mugs from oriental, but paper is different size did you have hard time cutting to fit? as well could you fit card stock or just regular paper? thanks! Hy

We are not geting Married until Nov 16 2013, so i cant help with the exact food . However with my experience last few times we have been to Mexico in general I tend to choose chicken. From ALberta so mexico beef is not to our tastes lol.!! and seafod allergies so we choose chicken breast provence style/veggies and potatoes for main. Not super original but i didnt want to choose something different and be disapointed! Krista

Did you bring your own dock station? I'm having a hard time with paying 650 to rent a dock station ?? Seems might be easier to bring on? However we are having very small 25 person wedding so not sure??

Sorry on my phone! Reply added to fast! I was told that they would charge us for anyone to com to resort, didn't matter why they were coming or for how long, daily fee . That stinks for your situation!

hey! I am getting married in Nov 2013 there as well.. But finding things very hard to figure out, as they are unwilling to budge on anything and upcharge for all.. I have a very small wedding with only about 30 people and although Eleane is very kind and nice, any suggestions out of the normal are bucked at. Have you found this? Again I realize that its for conveneience but when its all inclusive i find hard to pay $1000s to just get together?
