*gasp* where'd you get the bags? When is your wedding? Do you have a final count and are you doing one per room or one per guest?

How far into the process are you? My WC thru the travel agency is free and was able to get us better room rates for our group. She didn't help with choosing a place, but the coordination between me and dreams was facilitated by her. I sent eSave the Dates I made on my travel website, and she has also reached out to guests via email. She is also in another state, but we've chatted on the phone several times. I absolutely love having her because if guests have questions, I'll just direct them to her. I am not hiring a wedding planner either but I'm really glad I found the site I used. If its not too late, maybe try that? Idk, wedding planning was really overwhelming for me. Esp choosing where to have it. So it was helpful. Now I'm just getting lost in details. A month ago, I'd never heard of OOT bags, wedding logos, or wedding slogans! Lol, now I need them all!

I don't think I even have that program. But my mom does so maybe she can help. My gf is helping now. We were thinking iron on, but to get printed seems much easier! What are you planning ? I

Are you using a wedding coordinator? I used a coordinator which is basically a travel agent who specializes in destination weddings. She has been super helpful and been able to assist with those type of questions. Also, I think dreams lists square footage so that may help too. I really like the wedding coordinator too because she'll handle all the travel arrangements for the guests and we can do payment plans too!

Thank you Marymack!!! I made a round version too. I'm having a hard time figuring out how to make sure it is a usable image on stuff like OOT, coasters, koozies, etc. But I spent a ton of time today on this, so maybe another day I can figure it out!

Ok here's my first finished logo. What do you think? Ok, soooo I have the logo in Word and Powerpoint. How can I upload it so you just see is as an image rather than an attachment?? When I click the "image" button, it says the content did not upload because it is not an image. Logo in word.docx

So..... Do any of you girlies know what you are gonna trade from your packages? What packages did you choose? Anyone know how the trading works? I'm doing the Ultimate package. I'm thinking I'm gonna trade the photographer and maybe videographer, bridal makeup, and I'm not sure what else. Do you think I can get a lighted dance floor for the photographer/videographer?? Or maybe a dj for the reception? What do you all think?

I have never been there (or even to Cancun!) bur we also went with Preferred club Jr Jacuzzi suite. I have heard that the tower rooms are a bit more updated so we'll see. I've also seen many reviews where the couple was upgraded once they checked in. I was tempted to book a basic room because of that, but just couldn't leave it to chance.

Ashleyloriann, That's my fear about the technician! I guess we'll have to go with a dj! I didn't realize how much per person for cake! But I'm prob gonna get a cake from a vendor just because I want a beautiful cake! I saw prices of about 4 per person. So I'm thinking 200ish plus vendor fee? Idk I can't help compare to a non destination wedding 200 is a steal! I'd pay 800-1k most likely here! We are hoping to be under forty but invited like 140, so we'll see....
