    So I have been thinking, now that I will soon be able to open templates, I don't know what I want to look at, I have subscribed to so many threads that the thought of going through each, digging through posts and finding what I wanted to look at, it's making me extremely tired and bored. Lol

    Maybe she is overwhelmed by her own wedding and planning a trip doesn't seem right at the moment? I would give her a call and ask her if she received your mail, at least she would be embarrassed by her lack of response and you might get an straight answer before ruling her out. Good luck!

    Some wines, believe or not, have added good color (mostly cheap ones) and that will be the cause of our headache, also the tannins could be the cause

    First class lady! Awesome. I want to do this but we are traveling with my mother, not sure my budget would allow 3 first class tickets.

    A lot of people pay for extra luggage and have family and friends bring extra too. I would trust this route better but make sure people taking any extra luggage make it clear to custom that the stuff is for a wedding, not resale and also, have receipts of everything itemized. The custom in Mexico is random, you push a button and if you get a red light you get searched. I have seen people being search at the airport and they DO take everything out. I will be taking the extra luggage.

    I read of all the people having an AHR for people that did not attend the DW, first of all, the reason for a DW is not to spend a fortune and have something more intimate and fun for everyone, and second, if you couldn't make an effort, having 18 months notice to attend my wedding, why will I make an effort to celebrate with you? No thank you! ~ Did I sounded bridezillaish?

    I am getting married at Moon Palace, they have a beautiful chapel there, is a gazebo with AC enclosed in glass, so you are in a chapel and can still have the beautiful ocean view.

    Just don't be dancing on top of tables, I have a friend that broke her ankle during her bachelorette party, a week before the wedding, got married on a pretty blue cast. LOL

    I heard (read) that shipping to MX is a really bad idea, and for those getting married in DR, I am Dominican and used to have an store in there, ladies, customs will hold your packages until you go and get them, they will make you cry with custom fees. So no, I am not shipping anything.

    Yes, that happens when they use a cheaper shipping method, no rush. LOL, yet, sometimes they bring it earlier, so you might get it today or tomorrow, you never know.
