I don't know if anyone is set to get married soon. I am getting married April 5th we are staying about 9 days. Most of the days are prior to our wedding.

When is your wedding again. I remember it being close to my date I believe. Mine is fast approaching and it still seems like so much to do.

I have asked Roxi about what brand ipod is in rooms or used, but she never responded back. I have not heard about them being free so that may be new. I think others have said they are $150 per hour, which you could buy your own for that price. There is a facebook page called "Beaches Turks and Caicos". On that page there is a commonly mentioned travel agent named Mark Brown. I believe him and his wife Ann Brown are both travel agents. He is a certified Sandals and Beaches travel agent and appears to be very knowledgable. There are also people that have mentioned travel agents on here. You probably would have to do a keyword search.

Hi, I plan on a sit down reception because we want the area to have dancing and party to our selected playlist. I have about 10 adults and 2 kids. Other people say they are trying to come, but I am not sure they will make it especially since the time frame I am going most of the lower rate rooms are sold out. Many of the rooms are sold out actually according to the website for the beginning of April when I am having my wedding. Therefore, I am not expecting many more people unless they book at last minute. For many people it is the paying 45 to 60 days prior to travel that is a possible issue. So we will see.

You can't let it stress you. I had two bridesmaids not be able to make it 4-5 months before wedding. Of course there are still people that are saying "I am coming. I have flight benefits I just have to book my room. " Now I am 3 months out from wedding so I assume they are not going to make it. If they do great but I have prepared myself that they will not make it, and if I do not see people booked within 2 months out they may not get a full welcome bag if I don't have extras. I am having a wedding shower for men and women so most people will attend that prior to wedding.

Did they give you any issues for using your own ipod doc? i tried asking Roxy what brand they use because I figured it would be cheaper to use your own ipod doc or even buy one from the store than to rent.

Yes. Your pricing on Ileana is correct. You have to contact Roxi to book her andpay at least half if the $3800 to reserve the services which covers four hours I believe and includes only 200 digital photos. Anything else is an extra purchase.

Yeah the bird is symbolic for a family member that is no longer living. So stones won't work. The wedding coordinator said she was going to look into it but I wanted to do my own research. Hopefully I can find a place that I can pay to do it that the resort will allow me to bring in. Thank you for your reply

I am getting married at Beaches in April 2014. I opted to buy my girls bouquet off etsy made out of jewels and broaches. They also have many vendors that do clay ones that are really pretty. That way the girls can keep them and for the same price you would pay for the real flowers on the resort the girls can have it as a keepsake

Cornix, The thread started over a year ago, but there are several recent posts and information about what the current experience is at Turks and Caicos Beaches Resort. Yes you can bring your own decorations, but they will charge you a modest set up fee of I believe $100 or something like that. I am under the understanding if you pick a package already put together like the Seaside Serenade then you cannot change the content of the package like making the red twig another color. If you want to change certain aspects then you can start from scratch and customize your own package.
