    Yeah I was thinking of doing one for my girls as well. I was thinking similar things to you as well as safety pins and bobby pins. I have a list in my wedding notebook- ill take a look at it and get back to you if there is anything good on the list that you didn't already mention.

    Wow.. 10 cancel... Very similar situation to us. I do think it will be a nice break for your sister though and you will be able to have more time together, so that's nice! I got a lot of the stuff for my survival kit on minimus.biz. They have tons of great items very cheap!     Wow! That is a lot of people. I totally know what you mean by small and intimate. Half the reason we did destination was just like you- I didn't want tons of ppl there that neither me not my FI even know. :/ It will work out for you, though! After meeting everyone and spending a few days together you will all know each other better than you ever would have if it were just a one day local wedding and you will have fun! Good luck!!

    Thanks! I got the letters at hobby lobby. I also just ordered more online. I got my girls robes, too but those I got embroidered with their name on the front and then their role on the back - "maid of honor" etc. Good luck!

    Great idea about giving it to the WC! I'm going to do the same. And yes, I will let you know what my WC says about the tables. Who is your WC, btw? It would be pretty funny if we have the same girl. Mine is Erika Torres.

    Thank you thank you thank you for the table info as well as the LED lights! I have done so much DIY and I love it but those home made "throwie" things were stressing me out... I was about to just have unlit lanterns.. Lol. Thank you! Oh and I emailed my WC about the tables so I will let you know what I hear about the cake table, etc.

    I just found out tableclothsfactory.com is having a 20% site wide sale on their already super cheap table clothes, chair sashes, etc. I have been procrastinating with table runners, etc and now I'm all "oh i have to order today!" haha SOOO... does anyone know what the measurements are of the round tables that they have at the plaza zavaz for a private reception? Also, I am planning on having a table for the cake, a table for guest book, etc. Does anyone know the sizes of those tables? OH- and the table at the end of the aisle for the ceremony...? ANY input would be great! I'd like to check this off my list but I don't want to under order. Thanks, girls!

If you type in "vista print coupon code" in google, retail me not will be one of the first ones that comes up. It's 50% off plus free shipping over $25 (or $50)... Can't remember for certain. Here is how you can use BOTH the 50% off AND your groupon: Google the coupon code through retail me not. Click the link and it brings you to vista print.     I know I already posted some things I did with vistaprint and so did some other brides, but I thought I'd go ahead and share what I got with my $100 groupon for vistaprint... I used my $100 groupon today.... Holy savings!!! I combined my groupon with a "retailmenot.com" coupon code and got a TON of stuff! For 41.00 including shipping, I got 279.00 worth of vistaprint stuff! I got: 9 custom t shirts that I designed for the men in the wedding party and our parents 2 sets of 50 rack cards full color front and back 1 lawn sign to say "shoes optional" at the ceremony. Obviously the t shirts were the most expensive part... But how can you argue with getting 9 plus other stuff for 41 bucks?! That's what I call a deal!
