  1. oooh a picture is a great idea! I can't believe I didn't think of that bc I am a huge picture person! Thanks for the input!
  2. Ok, sorry I didn't post the pics until today, but I couldn't find my camera cord and with Easter, I just got busy. Here is what I am doing for escort cards: Let me know what you all think!
  3. I'm so glad that it was what you were looking for! Here are a few pics of how I organized the printouts into a Wedding Planning Notebook Along the side, I have my main tabs: 1. Budget/Timelines/Calendars 2. Guests 3. Attire 4. Rehearsal Dinner 5. Ceremony 6. Cocktail Hour and Reception 7. Photography 8. Travel & Accommodations Along the top I have the main dividers divided into sub categories such as decorations, contracts, etc. This notebook has been so helpful and makes me feel so organized! For anyone else that is interested, here is the link again for the printouts: http://www.russellandhazel.com/content/wedding-templates Go to the link then click on "Wedding Timeline/Checklists" It is 57 pages and like I said, there are checklists for everything. Hope this helps!! Happy Planning Ya'l!!
  4. OMGsh.. I saw that last night! I was so excited, telling my FI "Look! I'm featured content!" hahaha
  5. A few reception questions- is it customary to feed the DJ and photographer? The photographer in particular, because he will be there for so many hours..? (Although I wouldn't feed one and not the other!) I am having the Deluxe BBQ Buffet and I am wondering not only if I should include them in the head count but if I should have a spot at one of the tables for them to sit. Both vendors are outside vendors and I am paying the vendor fees, so my last question is if that fee possibly includes a meal? Any help and input is appreciated!! Thanks in advance ladies!
  6. Hmm- unmmm can I just say that looked like the most romantic and fun wedding and party ever!!!! I hope my day is even half as fun as that looked! Seriously the video just about convinced me to come with money I don't have to hire a videographer!! I might have to ask a friend to just take a lot of great shots if she can bc we bought a video camera. That would be better than nothing I guess, but seriously- awesome video and awesome looking wedding! Also, your photographer wrote a reallly sweet message to you on the site! That was so nice
  7. ok here is the main website i used to create a very detailed wedding notebook. they have worksheets for EVERYTHING. I might have used a couple other random checklists that I found scouring the internet, but this was my main source. I would post a pic of the book I made, but I can't find the wire for my camera at the moment... sorry! http://www.russellandhazel.com/content/wedding-templates Go to the link then click on "Wedding Timeline/Checklists" It is 57 pages and like I said, there are checklists for everything. Hope this helps!!
