  1. Bulkapothecary.com Here are how mine came out: http://www.bestdestinationwedding.com/t/84966/my-diy-chapstick-labels-for-oot-bag-with-pics-and-template
  2. Oh no way!! That would be wonderful!!!!..... And possible! I get to the resort on the 23rd! What do you have that you'd be willing to let me use? Thank you so much!

  4. Yes, I am having the beach wedding. No, I'm just doing 2 sheers. Here is my inspiration pic (but my sheers are purple and silver and I know this has more than 2 sheers, but oh well- I just want it to be similar, not exact):

  6. I think you're right about the Rehearsal Dinner- especially since it's just at one of the restaurants! Maybe I will just frame a couple old wedding pictures from my parents, my FI's parents, my sisters, etc and honor the ppl actually at the Rehearsal Dinner by remembering and sharing pictures from their special day. Kind of simple and basic, but the gesture is there and like you said- "Drink UP!!" hahaaha Oh and thank you- you are too kind! I do hope my guests feel that way, though! I really want to honor them. I wonder how many ppl will notice, though. I think some ppl are confused about it being all inclusive- they think all this stuff just comes with the resort or something and all I have to do is show up- just like them. I had one couple (friends of my soon-to-be in laws) asking polite questions out of curiosity, but when I told them even just an ounce of what I'm doing they were like "oh my goodness! wow! I just thought since it's all inclusive we'd just have dinner and just....whatever" They seemed to be clueless that it would be an actual wedding with a reception with dancing and a DJ and a legit photographer! I was a little surprised to hear them say that, but I can totally understand why they might have thought that. (even though I sent out a formal invite with that info on it..) lol! ANYWHO...sorry about the rant. That's awesome that you found suitcases that work!!! The colors crack me up, but hey- you will spot them easily at the airport!! I definitely feel like the packing part is hanging over my head and it's something I want to get started on to feel just a little more closer to being done, but we just bought a house and are moving May 14-ish, so I am keeping the wedding stuff in all the boxes that came in the mail and packing it in the actual suitcases once we move. oy vey!!! this is fun, but is it over!? hahaha jk... kind of!

  8. Hahaha! I feel EXACTLY the same!! One minute I think- "I have this under control- we're ahead of the game, here" then I think about something else and feel sooo under-prepared and behind! eeek!!! I know it will all come together, but it's crazy to think beyond the actual day like you said! :/

  10. I feel like all the actual wedding things (as far as decor, etc) are really coming together and there only a few things left to buy (thank GOD!!) but I just started to think more about the Welcome Dinner we are having as well as the Rehearsal Dinner and I'm a little overwhelmed... I feel like I want there to be a few simple decor items..... Ideas?!? I'm thinking maybe just flower petals, candles of some kind, and maybe pictures of my FI and I through the years or something..? Hmmmm... Anyone else bringing small decorations for these events or similar events?

  12. I missed your post about the purple as well as and I can't find it so I just quoted this one, but I am doing purple as well! My wedding is June 28 and I will post a review and pics and all that good stuff after the wedding. I was able to buy purple and silver organza sheers that I am bringing with me for the gazebo. When you see my pics if you like the sheers I will definitely be having a post- wedding sale! Ill keep you posted.

  14. I agree! I guess I'm just too cut and dry for the bull crap. To me, if they didn't RSVP or book a room, I assumed its an obvious "no." I didn't follow up with or chase down one single person that I didn't hear from. I don't have time for that. I'm going based off of who is booked. It just makes the most sense to me- its Mexico! They can't come if they don't book. For everyone in our room block final payment is due April 24th so I feel pretty confident that if they are not booked by now they aren't coming. I know there are other places they could stay or even book with another TA but I highly doubt someone would be doing all that extra work themselves and not RSVP and if they do, then tough luck!... No OOT bag for them! Girls we all know how stressful it can be to plan a wedding and how everyone else seems clueless so honestly, lets just keep it fun! (And safe!!!! No more cold sore and MRI's!!!)
  15. Wow! That is unreal. That's a lot of people to still be "thinking" about it! I mean, when do they expect to be done "thinking" and know if they are coming or not!? I would try to maybe but enough bag contents but for guests that book after the RSVP date get a paper gift bag instead of the reusable bag. I dunno.. Maybe that's even more tacky? Sorry for your dilemma! I guess just think of it as it's nice so many ppl are coming! :/
  16. Welcome to the forum girls!! Congrats on your engagement and decision to have DW!! My wedding isn't until June but I can tell you so far the planning has been SO fun and this forum has made it possible without banging your head against a wall you will not regret having a DW!! Everyone on this forum is so helpful and kind! You will seriously find everything you need and realize you find out more here than through your WC! Haha. A lot of us have weddings coming up and I know a lot of us Azul girls are intending to write our planning threads soon. I totally recommend reading those bc it gives you an opportunity to see a wedding plan from start to finish in one spot! You will get tons of ideas and see how girls bring and make their own things and avoid the ridiculous lomas prices. I didn't use lomas for a single decoration or flower. Ill be writing my planning thread soon and will post the link here. Good luck and enjoy planning your wedding! It's one of the most fun years I've had.
  17. At the time I booked Doremixx I couldn't find any info on the resort djs and they didn't have a website which I thought was poor business and also scared me. I didn't want Doremixx to book up so I booked him fast. However, since then I have read more and more girls on this thread say the resort DJ was perfect.
  18. I know... It's such a lame rule! I would see if you can fight it. I'm using Doremixx but I got that clearer back in like August :/
  19. Unfortunately this is a new rule that was put in place within just the past week or 2.
  20. So once I receive the necklace and bracelet I will definitely let you know what I think but so far- I highly recommend this shop and seller! She was so nice, super quick with her responses, and made me a custom order with necklace and bracelet within 10 minutes of me asking if she could even make the bracelet! Then when she made the custom order she sent the link directly to me AND even included earrings for no charge! Talk about customer service! I'm very pleased and can't wait to receive the items. Like I said, ill let you know when I get them what I think of the quality, etc.
  21. I totally know what you mean by it being hard to tell what it will look like with your dress. I really love some of the extra chunky ones but I am a small girl and I just don't know what that will look like on me and with my dress and I love this one anyway so I think I'm going to order this one but first I want to ask her of she can make a matching bracelet. I also really love this one bc I think the toggle clasp will match the earrings I am planning to wea- they are just simple diamond studs that my FI got me for Christmas. Here is the necklace https://www.etsy.com/listing/104673878/custom-bridal-jewelry-bridal-pearl?ref=usr_faveitems Good luck!
