  1. I'm so sorry, the first picture with the 20 dresses keeps uploading only half way. I'll keep trying though.
  2. They're here, please excuse the pics of me, it was either me or FI in the beach dresses. Can't wait to put these into the OOT bags for the ladies. The lighter colours are more see through than the darker colours, but it's a cover-up so that's expected.

My best friend's bachelorette and bridal party is up next, and then comes all the crazy stuff once my sister's (maid of honour) July wedding draws a little closer. Any ideas on what you want to give your bridesmaids? I'm leaning towards a really nice bracelet so that it can be worn for years to come but it'll break the bank a little. I think we're down to decor for our wedding and printing things like programs and deciding on events for everyone to attend. It's coming down to the line..... I'm getting more and more nervous LOL

It was not private, but we had so many people in our group there was only two other couples on our boat. They took us out to the middle of the water and those who wanted to snorkel went on a separate small boat and snorkeled for about an hour. The captain and his crew were amazing, they were so fun, let us choose the music and made the best drinks. The whole thing was supposed to be about 3-4 hours on the water but they let us stay out longer. Then we returned to land and had lunch at a local restaurant, it was included and very good. It was not too warm that day so we did not swim while we were docked but that would be nice if it was on option, not sure if it was. Also, it would have been good to have snacks on the boat, we were all starving by the time we got back from lunch. Overall it was a great experience and I'm looking for the same thing when we go down for our wedding. Hi Meg! We're going to be out of Puerto Morelos. The description of what you did on your excursion sounds like we would have loved going on that excursion. Did they come pick you up from the hotel? Aww I wish you had the name of the company, I'd love a good recommendation.

Another factor to consider is if anyone in your group gets sea sick? We had about 15 people decide not to come because they thought they would get sea sick. Also, a few people get sick on the boat, even though we told them it would be open water and possibly a bit wavy. How wavy or windy the day you pick will be is something you can't predict or control. Just a thought! Omg I missed this message. I would love your recommendations Mrs.HK. We'll have a smaller group at about 40. Did you and the guests enjoy the catamaran trip though? I'm hoping none of them get seasick but that's such a good point that I never thought of. How long was your excursion and did they include a transfer from the hotel?

If you love a particular resort or location, you might be limited by the dates available or like we were, the overall costs for you and your guests.

I'd prefer for things to be put together before going, but I totally understand that everything's easier to pack and less likely to get squished if I put them together there and pack the luggage as tight as possible.

It sounds like you have quite the year coming up! How much is still left on your list?
  14. You're more than halfway there. If you do a search on "games", there are word games you can play with other brides and it'll speed the process up.

My only issue (and not really an issue of DHgate) is that I'm always guessing what I'll get charged for at customs. So far I've done... a wedding dress, beads supplies, and waiting on my OOT beach dresses for the ladies. Loved everything I've gotten so far. I'll report back if there's any issues though.

Happy Planning! Joyce Hi Joyce, I was reading on the website and it only says that there are transfers from El Dorado. Do you know if they company would do round-trip transfers from Azul Sensatori?

I bought some pretty beads, beach dresses for the girls OOTs, and am thinking about buying paper lanterns and LED lights from DHGate. It really depends on if I can get a better deal at a local store or not. It's tough because you never really know how much you'll get dinged at the boarder for customs. I got my dress from Babyonline and had an issue with it. They're in the process of giving me a refund though. Long story short, my plain lace dress had bursts of silver sequins when it arrived so I had to get them taken off. In the meantime I ended up buying a 2nd dress that I love as well from a local store. LOL Now I went from no dress to 2 dresses hehe Not a bad position to be in
  20. Oh geez, our parents wanted a huge wedding like that as well. It would've been 600 people in the end with both of our families and we said no. I know how you feel. I actually had that template downloaded so I sent you what I had. The girls on this forum are really talented.
