  2. Keep a posting... the templates are going to be worth it I played some of the games and that helped get my posts up too. Just search the forum for "games" and play together.

Now I need make sure I get the chance to eat as well. After working out hard to look good for the wedding, I'm going to destroy that dessert table.
  4. LilPumpkin - I think you just sold me on the bbq based on your dessert pictures! hahaha Thank you for sharing the pictures. This really helps.

I always worry that there won't be enough food. We'll be getting a 3 Tier Cake. I haven't heard back from our WC yet about the costs of cupcakes or cakepops but we were originally sent the cake costs and have a cake chosen.

Also, out of ~60ppl, about 50 chose the 1st, so I'm not super confident we picked the right 2nd option since almost nobody is having it. Hoping its just because a lot of people like Surf'n'Turf, lol. Pick 'n Choose.... oh man, I better go back and review that again because that might be the way to go. Thanks for the input KayaWasTaken! We're thinking about the BBQ as well, but just weren't sure because we have some guests that won't eat food off the grill if Pork or Beef have been cooked on it. Which is all new to me because I eat everything. I never even thought about what would happen to the centerpieces with a family style dinner. Thanks for bringing that up! Time to revisit the menu choices again. Thanks for all the ideas and input girls.
  7. Hey girls, Michael's has their 50% off coupon back out this weekend. It is 50% off 1 regular priced item. There is also a 40% off a regular priced item but why would you get that when you can get the 50% off? Happy Shopping!

I sent her 2 reminders and she never got back to me. I would even wait 5 days between the reminders. So now I have to watch my credit card to make sure the charges were credited. I've outsourced my waterproof labels to a sign shop in Guelph. At least it is local and I can get them in a week. Oh boy... that's sucky. Thanks for the tip and I hope your new labels blow the old labels out of the water. Quote: Originally Posted by mellie818 Which vendor are you getting the shirts made at the flea market? There's a whole bunch so we'll have to do some shopping around.
  11. Has anyone selected their wedding menu yet? I"m wondering what you've chosen. We thought about getting the group menu #3 but the email we got back from the WC said that all guests would have the exact same meal (appetizer, entree, dessert). Then the Family Style says "tray passed" but the guests are offered all of the entrees the day of. Ohh I'm so confused... help.. please?

I'd love to know since I'm not too far from Chinatown I can head down there. We're also heading to Pickering Flea Market this weekened to pick up some OOT bag shirts and maybe the actual bags from Creative Bag.
  13. Hey Canadian Brides, are you doing paper lanterns? I've been all over the forums looking for where girls got a good deal on their lanterns but every good deal was blown out of the water once the shipping to Canada was added on. So does anyone in this forum have a tip on lanterns? I'd love the help.
