  4. Hi there - I believe you can choose anytime you want however when we met with Mayte, she did recommend 5pm (am getting married in May) as the sun won't be at it's peak and the wedding will flow nicely into cocktail hour and dinner.
  5. Wow Lydia, great review, I am interested in some of your items for sale but I cannot view them. Have you posted them on Kijiji by any chance?
  6. Hi there - I made the mistake of not buying linne suits for my fiance and the groomsmen in the summer time. Luckily, my fiance and I found these suits online, they turned out amazing and fit true to size: http://www.amazon.com/Bianco-Brioni-Italy-Modern-Button/dp/B002T6N68G We ordered the dark blue as our wedding theme is nautical. That is an amazing deal! I live in Canada and we had them shipped to my cousin in Atlanta who came home for the holidays so we saved a lot on shipping costs. best of luck! Melissa

Thank you - your logo turned out beautifully!
  8. Hi ladies - trying to find a good videographer - any suggestions?

(Which was constantly for the entire week!) Here's a photo of the ones my friend did for me. I can't remember what kind they are, but she said they were one of the high quality types (not mink though) and she used the longest ones she had, and lots of 'em. I wanted the big dramatic effect! I have a lot of lashes to begin with, so she said my eyes could handle a lot of the extensions LOVE the lashes! I too wore them for our engagement trip in Punta Cana, they kept up in the heat and loved that I was make up free but still look bright eyed! I LOVE all your wedding pictures, can I ask where you purchased that tote with the anchor on it? We are doing a nautical theme wedding and it suits the theme perfectly. Thank you, Melissa

Katya is my photgrapher too, I will be paying for her dinner though. Best, Melissa

With that said it occurred to me that most of you will want to give her some sort of gratuity that is just for her however, that will not happen if you do not give it to her directly because others will pocket the money. So for those of you who do want to give her a little something for the zillion hours that she has put into all of our special days, I strongly recommend that you give it to her at your pre-meeting in a sealed envelope addressed to her. I gave her something extra at the end of our wedding in a sealed envelope addressed to her but now that I know she is trying so hard to stay healthy and cannot work the 18 hour days she used to, I thought it very important to make sure I share this info with you so that she can be appreciated the way she deserves to be. Warmest wishes to all of you! AR-DreamWedding Thank you for sharing this information with us! it's very helpful.
  13. Which vendor are you getting the shirts made at the flea market? I live in Pickering so it would be convenient vs. Getting them on Etsy. I am looking to get them made for my bridesmaids.

Hi - I saw these at party city today: http://www.partycity.ca/product/white+paper+lantern+garland+12ft.do?from=Search&navSet=paper lantern&bypass_redirect=1 They had a variety of colors. I also bought parasols there too for about $4 each. I can check the dimensions and my receipt for the name of the store once I get home. Melissa

Let me know if you have any other questions.
