You cant get quotes for flight yet but you can get quotes for hotels and lock in your rates

So Moon Palace was originally my first choice, if you are looking to spend less and make it more cost efficient for your guests go with Now Jade ! The prices for moon palace were extremely HIGH ! I just reserved my date for Now Jade ! I am super happy ! We are doing April 27th, 2014. It's gonna be around $1300-$1400 for our guests to stay for 7 nights. Thats flight and hotel !

I believe you can get cheaper prices than that ! Make sure you look at other sites and see if they will price match for cheaper rates !! I originally looked into the last week in Jan. and into Feb. 2014. I found 7 nights for around $1400 that was room and flight !! Package deal. Apple vacations had this rate and so did cheapcarribean.com . I was working with destinationwedings also, and their prices were MUCH more than what I found with my TA and online. So just be careful ! Do lots of research !

I am bringing most of my own stuff, Vases, fillers for vases, table numbers... a few other things. I am just gonna pack it in suitcases......

What package do you have !? Is the DJ not included in your package ???

This 4 hour deal sounds like a plan to me. I mean music is a big deal for me. Plus I was at first told the reception is only 3 hours. I would much rather do 4.

I am having the same problem.... Deisy asked for my phone number and told me she was gonna call me yesterday afternoon. I waited ALL day for that phone call and never heard from her. It's extremely frustrating. I'm just trying to set a date and give my deposit.... I am almost wishing I had a wedding planner here to take care of all this for me ! LOL

Ya I was actually thinking of checking out destinationweddings.com, I think they are more of a wedding planner type travel agency. I read a bit about them so I think Ill check it out

Ok so atleast im not the only one ! LOL. It is just very frustrating. The wedding coordinator is suppossed to call me tomorrow so im keeping my fingers crossed ! We will see hopefully I get more answers then!

Thanks for the info ! I just got quoted prices for hotel only. and its around 159- 115 a night. Which isn't so bad. If you go off prices on airfare for this year, they are around $350.... So hopefully next year they wont be so bad. Maybe around the same. So If you add it up that way it comes to about $1337 PP. thats for 7 nights

Hello ! I am also getting married in 2014 in Riviera Maya. I am looking into Now Jade. I have been to the RIU, and it's very nice. I like Now Jade because it is newer and its owned by Secrets. My original choice would have been secrets but since we are having children we had to go with another resort. Check into the AM resorts, also, the Palace Resorts are AMAZING. Ive stayed at a few. They could be pretty pricy tho. Have you decided on a date yet!?? I was thinking April although I am very frustrated because I'm not able to get exact price quotes. I don't want my guests to be paying too much !

Hi Everyone ! I figure since most of the threads were from a while back, lets start a new one for all the 2014 BRIDES ! I am looking to get married at Now Jade. I am about 95% sure this is where I am going to have my wedding. I Am getting so frustrated because it seems that it takes the coordinators so long to get back to you ! I am one of those people who needs answers right away so this is quite hard for me! That's why I am here ! I want to set a date for April, I don't have exact prices which is making this whole process SO hard for me. I want to stay in between $1400- $1500 for my guests... I really don't wanna go much more that that. It's hard to set a date w out airline prices yet. Anyone else having any problems ? Or can someone give me some good advice on where to begin ! I am working with a few different travel agents but most haven't gotten back to me with quotes yet......

I am having the hardest time having someone get back to me at Now Jade, I need to book my date but have a few questions for the coordinators... I hear that they are pretty hard to get ahold of due to high volume w emails, and weddings. It's just so frustrating! I want to get moving with this process! Anyone else having this problem... I've even tried calling the hotel to speak to someone but I can never get through. Any suggestions !??

I feel the same, I want to set a date but the travel agents can't give me and pricing ! I want to keep in most cost efficient for my guests.... I'm afraid if I pick a certain month , it will be too expensive .

I am also getting married in 2014. I am leaning towards April, but am hesitant to book my date yet because the travel agents are unable to quote me exact prices yet. Anyone else have this problem? I am thinking Now Jade in Riviera Cancun. They are telling me that the airline prices wont come out till about May.... How do you book without knowing how much its gonna cost for your guests to stay!??
