    Just said yes to the dress today, soooooo excited!!!! I would have never thought of trying it on because I really didn't like how it looked in the catalog, but once I squeezed into that baby I felt like such a bride Hopefully I can get a better pic on here soon.

    Yes, I'm at the end of year two and its going to be the death of me...how far along are you? are you family/peds/adult? I have no idea how I am going to survive next year between work, planning a wedding, school, and 250hours of clinical lol.... After reading a TON of reviews I had pretty much narrowed it down between Now Jade and Moon Palace. Moon palace was great because they offer a lot of "free" stuff if you get a certain number of room nights booked, but it was also >$500 per night for a basic room (not including airfare), that was a little bit out of the range I wanted my guests to have to spend. Therefore I ended up choosing Now Jade. My travel agent has also been to a wedding there and said it was gorgeous There are so many beautiful resorts in Mexico to choose from, and i'm sure most of them would be an amazing experience either way. Have you ventured into making a guest list? If so how many people are you inviting?

    Hey there! When I received my package details PDF it had pictures of the different flower options. I believe if you're interested in something different, you email pictures of your ideas to Pilar closer to your wedding date. I'll keep my eyes pealed for the name of the florist they use.. Did you have a certain style in mind? I'm still trying to decide whether I want to use the resort florist, hire an outside florist and pick the flowers up myself (to avoid the vendor fee), or buy "real touch" flowers and come up with my own DIY centerpieces etc...

    Hey there, I'm a Now Jade 2014 bride too!! I'll be getting married in January on MLK weekend. I'm booking my wedding through destinationweddings.com and have been able to get pretty decent group rates. A four night stay was around $650pp, and a 7 night stay was around $1350pp. That of course is just for the room. From what I gather, the wedding planners there do not really get in contact with you until a few months before. At least April is almost here, so you'll be able to get a better idea of prices soon!!

    Hey there, I'm a Boston bride as well!! I will be getting married at Now Jade in January 2014. I'm currently still in grad school and its been super busy, so I don't think I'd be able to meet up until after the semester is over. Have you chosen a date or a resort yet?? -Beth

    Hey there! Initially I was looking to do spring break week as well because I thought it would be easier for guests to travel. My initial quotes were about $600 more to travel during that time. I guess it depends on if you have a max amount that you want guests to have to pay. I ended up going with January 18th 2014 because its MLK weekend and most people already have at least 1 or 2 extra days off from work and its not as expensive as spring break.

    Same here! Not exacltey sure how many points I need, but it's taking forever to get there....hopefully i'll have enough before I get married lol.... I got all of my supplies at ACMoore (a craft store in my area) , I found the rope in the bead making section.. When and where are you guys getting married?

    Welcome, and congratulations!!!! I'll be getting married at Now Jade as well on Jan 18th 2014, sooooo exciting. These threads have been super helpful so far in helping me to figure things out. I haven't figured out many of the little details yet, lucky for me my travel agent is actually going to the resort in a few weeks to meet Pilar, so i'm sending her with a list of questions. Let me know if you have anything specific that you would like me to ask that isn't listed under the package details
