Do you know if you have to book a minimum block of rooms before you book your wedding date? I will be going through a travel agent, but still trying to understand how Barcelo works as far as room blocks go... if anyone could help clarify i'd really appreciate it! -

definately agree... i was worried (espec regarding AHR) after looking at theknot.... BDW eased my mind that i CAN (and will) wear my wedding dress to my AHR Woohoo!

EVknowsitall- I like your take on sending out the formal wedding invites first then sending AHR invites later. It seems less confusing for guests as they wont be bombarded with all this info amd dates. Did anyone else do this? Or was it more of a hassle of tracking down people x2 if they didn't rsvp to one/both events? I just want to make things as simple as possible for my guests...and myself! Lol -

Does anyone know if riviera maya has a Walmart that you can buy water bottles from? I know downtown cancun does, but I'm assuming it'd be less than purchasing individual water bottles from the hotels...
