  1. I LOVE these- and agree I am much more of a romantic color fan...tropical colors are a little too bold for me these are the ones I like...but I liked yours too so I may switch hahah
  2. I have straight very long fine hair (including a photo) so you can see. I have a very low backed dress and would like to wear my hair up - here are some of my favorites- which do you think would look best ?? (you can refer by letter if that's easier : ) )
  3. The dress finally came in- still need some alterations ( she didn't button all the buttons either) but here it is on me with all its glory haha
  4. Gorgeous - you look wonderful in it and the color is perfect!
  5. you can never start too early! I bought my dress in March and it still hasn't come in...it's making me nervous haha
  6. OOps sorry I thought I was posting this in the Dreams Tulum thread
  7. Sure, I am looking for very soft pinks, peaches, and ivories - very romantic. I would like something similar to this . It's confusing because I get some flowers that come with my package but when I asked for pricing ( I want 4-6 of these in a square glass vase if possible) they said $170 a bouquet which I thought was high...? I found an outside guitarist for $275 but then I have to pay another $120 in vendor fees. Mine comes with a "mexican trio" but I am thinking of using that for the reception.
  8. @ Mrs HK - Our resort charges $120 for outside vendors, can you recommend a lower priced florist and/or musician (looking for violinist or guitarist). By the way were at Dreams Tulum October 2013 Thank you! Shauna
  9. Hi ladies, so we had a couple people drop out and were originally going to have the wedding in the ballroom but with only 20-22 people will it look silly having a huge ballroom? My grandmothers in her 80s and we have some people who might not love hanging out on the beach due to temps (plus I don't really want to pay extra for lighting) but now I am reconsidering. Does anyone have a picture of a wedding in the ballroom? Thanks, Shauna

  11. I hear you $130 PER PERSON for our extra guests...I am sick just thinking about it but they really stick it to you.
  12. I am actually having them sew cups in the dress , will put a thin roll of fabric sewed in at the bottom of the cup for a little additional boost haha
  13. Bought a white one today from Skinny Girl http://www.classicshapewear.com/bethenny-frankel-skinny-girl-shapewear-m-135.html?gclid=CKTQoJGJrbcCFVIV7AodoBEA5A Will also be trying a nude one on to see which works best for my dress. Good luck!
  14. Ok, so I was just reading about this issue, what you can do is get cups sewn in and ask for the seamstress to sew a little roll of fabric at the bottom of the cup to enhance yourself a bit and give a little extra boost !
  15. I can't do heels but I wanted a little more formal since we will be in the on-site chapel, so the kitten heel was just perfect. I opted to re-create these. They are touch-ups Abby (base) dyed the exact ivory of my dress ($50) then I found an Etsy seller to recreate this feather/bling combo for $25 (she did a fabulous job btw) so I got these $160
