What resort did you get married at? Did you ever get a response? I know from the Majestic FB groups he is touted over & over to be the best, but I often wonder about these groups if they are reading posts and most brides with bad reviews don't post because they are afraid of problems that the vendors would cause... it's a bummer because it would be much better to have a totally honest review. Hope you got some resolution. Congrats on your wedding! Cheers!

We are 6 days apart, born at the same hospital & our moms knew each other well. We joke because my mom was coming in to have me when his mom was leaving with him when they joked about her boy growing up to marry your girl. I love that story & our parents do too

I've dreamed everything from a "Hangover" style fiasco to everyone getting food poisoning & not showing up! I don't pay much attention to it, just laugh. I've had 2 kids and I had nightmares about everything to do with parenting/children at that time too. Some of them are really funny

Haha this is so funny! My FI calls me "da wife" all the time & I call him by his last name, like they do in sports. My friends always tell me it sounds weird, but I have called him this since we were 14! Old habits die hard lol

Yes, I would go ahead with the wedding. My FI best man (bestest buddy in the whole world, they live on opposite sides of the country & still talk everyday) had the same problem. His wife held a grudge against my FI for not attending their DW back in the day. We were not together at the time & my FI was admittedly irresponsible & didn't save properly. My FI asked him to be best man at the DW & he said yes, but that all changed when he talked it over with her. Then the friend was avoiding any wedding talk, so we asked him. He said he was still trying to talk it over with the wife. She was saying the reason they couldn't go is because of $ (which we all know is just an excuse). So we suggested he take the trip alone (since she takes vacays 3-4 times/year without him) but she won't let him. Its quite disappointing but it was ultimately his choice, we wouldn't change anything to accomodate them knowing full well it would just be excuse after excuse no matter what we did. They are still best friends, but we know now who is calling all the shots. Unfortunately it has caused alot of friction between my FI best friend & his wife...I don't think he will ever forgive her for taking that away from him sad Anyway, thats my two cents lol Hope it all worked out for you Cheers!

You can do it. I went to the chit chat forum and they have a lot of jokes, rants, general stuff that you can post about.... even if its just a smiley face. I got alot of my posts that way. Good luck!
