    I got my girls their dresses, sandals (buy one get one half off at america eagle online right now!) jewelry, clutches and potentially these little travel kit things I found at Chapters for $14. I ordered 3, personalized with initials and it came to $80 CAD with tax and shipping from thesweetestmemory on etsy. Neutral so they can use them again $14 at Chapters. It's an inflatable jersey fabric neck pillow, eye mask, ear plugs and a little bag for it all. They are also getting the same welcome bag that the rest of the guests are getting.

    Did you find bags? I was at Dollarama this morning and all their summer stuff is coming in!!! They had super cute fabric totes (not thin like the grocery store reusable bags) that were multi-coloured and had a zipper. I wanted to take a pic so bad but I didn't have my phone! Anyways, try dollarama and maybe wait a week or so because summer stuff is definitely coming out right away.

    That's how I felt too! I even asked some of my fiance's single male friends...beach bag or cellophane and they all said cellophane!!! lol. That cut my number down a bit as well. I also bought my mom and mother in law a different bag that will be part of their gift (I know my dad and father in law well enough to know they don't care about a beach bag either haha).

    Totes are SOOOO tough to find!!! I think they're cute. I have plain bags with no logo or writing etc, but I made tags for them that I'm really happy with and got pretty ribbon to tie on as well. I also bought a martha stewart starfish/sandollar punch that I'm putting on everything haha! It seemed expensive to order bags with a wedding logo on them, and I don't want to mess around with iron on stuff! I'm spending that money on labels for the cups instead

    Ladies! I'm no longer looking for totes, as I caved and bought the more expensive ones that I found at Ardene, but I still have my eye out for you. This morning I was at Dollarama in the Callingwood Plaza 178th street and 67th ave in Edmonton and saw their new summer stuff coming out and they have super cute totes! Yay! They were really bright colours, fabric and had a zipper...all for $2 I wanted to take a picture, but left my phone in the car (ooops!) Anyways, just to let you know!!! Also the Dollarstore in West Edmonton Mall, they have those beach mats that are also a super cute idea (see photo).

    Ladies, Which hotel did your photographer/videographer stay at? Which is the cheapest Barcelo hotel? Is it the Barcelo Beach Hotel? I have heard that it's okay to have them stay anywhere on the whole resort. Does anyone know if this policy is still in place for 2013 for sure??? Also, if the wedding is July 6th, do I book the two nights of the 5th and 6th, or 6th and 7th? Claudia Rodriguez, our photographer, says that she never stays anyways! It just seems like such a waste/run around for nothing!!! UGH!

    Do you have a mybarcelo account? I didn't actually pay for it yet because I was waiting to see WHICH nights I have to book for (wedding day is July 6 so book for the 6th and 7th or 5th and 6th???), but I got right to the end where it asks for a credit card and it said nothing about 3 night minimum! What months are you trying to book for? There is apparently a high season and a low season, and the number of nights required can fluctuate. Sorry, I just got so excited I had to share...I'll let you know as soon as I know which nights to book!

    Definitely using this one! I was able to make some really cute ones on my own if anyone wants the template! Another girl on the site made them on picmonkey (a site which I COULD NOT figure out for the life of me) and I borrowed it and edited in a paint document.

    I JUST bought 25 cups from the Dollarama (soon changing to dollar tree) for 1.25! It's in the west end of Edmonton by the super center Walmart on Stony Plain Road and 184th street I think! I'm going to order labels from Davetdesigns on Etsy.
