    Hey mariposa6102, We are using an outside vendor. Reading through the posts, what little I could find on the photographers on the resort wasn't all that good.....from what I read....and pictures are the one thing that you do look back at years later. So we decided not to risk it and booked Samuel Luna. I found his prices to be reasonable, I love his work, he was great at getting back to us, his English was fluent and he was super easy to book. There are lots of photographers for the Cancun area though, with great reviews.....so you'll have lots to choose from if you decide to take that route. Good Luck!

    Hey TinkerSofi, We have called the hotel directly a couple of times and haven't had any issues getting through to someone in the wedding department. I can't remember which number we used but it was one of these two: From USA and CANADA: 1.800.466.1289 or Tel +52 998 881 7300 (I used skype for the second number) I noticed your from Calgary as well.....you must be so excited to get away from this crazy weather.....I can't wait for spring!

    @gs38 & mariposa6102 : Here's the pic they sent to me of the ceremony decor for the Mexican wedding ceremony.....I didn't find it that helpful as the pic is so small and blurs when you enlarge it.....but I thought I'd share it anyways......did you get sent something different?

    Just wondering, from those that are using outside vendors for your flowers. Are you paying an outside vendor fee? I want to get my bouquet and boutonniere from and outside vendor.....and I know as long as I go pick the flowers up I should be fine.....What have you girls experienced so far with this? Especially those of you getting your final billing.

    We haven't decided whether we will be having one big long table or round ones....but we plan on sitting with others. I am not a fan of the two of us sitting off on our own, especially during the meal.
