Hi Ladies, For your brides still contemplating getting the video i DO NOT recommend using Gran Caribes videographer. I purchased the Moon package that was 1200 usd and it was not worth the money. I can honestly tell you it felt like a home video with music. I am so happy I went with an outside photographer and if i would like previously seen reviews for the videographer I would have paid the extra vendor fee. I have requested an unedited copy to see if someone here in the states can save the video (fingers crossed) I hope they cooperate. I know there are not many reviews on the video, so i hope this helps you brides that have still not decided.

I was married at Gran Caribe, the resort next door and had my professional pictures taken at the Royal. If you're getting married at the chapel, i have pictures on my profile page.

It $10 per person for the extra hour, and if you're having a dj add $150.00. We did the extra hour, and while is was about $700 more we did not regret it at all. Happy Planning!

Thank you Ladies! Here is the florist info. Vanessajaimes.com / [email protected]. She will meet you at the lobby the day of your wedding so you do not have to pay the vendor fee. I met her on our site visit and she was very professional and speaks English fluently. I definitely recommend her, the bridesmaid bouquets with her were only $40.00 and at the resort there $80 usd! I did two smaller flower arrangements on each tables to complement the lanterns and they were only $30 each. The laterns I brought them As for the violinist I thought he was just enough, it was loud enough without being overbearing and it was included in the package. She's one of those photographers that let's you enjoy yourself and is not pushy. She has won numerous awards and her pricing is very fair. For 6 hours she charged 2500 and she gave my an extra hr, so really 7 hours. I went with the GCR video service as well for that reason. I should receive the video in two weeks so ill keep you girls posted on how it turns out. Good luck ladies and don't hesitate to ask questions!

Hi Ladies! My wedding was Saturday! I have great news 57 people came out from NYC, CALI, MIAMI, Puerto Rico and no one got sick!!! However, no wedding day is perfect It rained, not just a storm but more like a tsunami! However, everything turned out perfect! I couldn't be happier All our guest told us its the best wedding they've been too. Wedding Coordinator: Diana- She is awesome, you can tell she has a lot of experience and knows what she is doing. I brought so many things (3 luggage's full) and she placed everything just as i told her. She is, however, extremely strict! She would not help with my flowered since I used a outside vendor, which she warned me, but she did not even give us permission to use the Bellhop. For my flowers I used Vanessa Jaime's- which was wonderful and so cheap compare to the resort. Ceremony: Chapel Cocktail & Reception: ballroom due to the rain. Music: Violinist- who was amazing and played every song I requested. 3 TRIO- this was for the cocktail hr, didn't really hear them play but It kept the cocktail hr festive DJ Dorromixx- AMAZING!!!!!! everyone dance the whole time, we even paid for an extra hour I also rented the medium size dance floor- which was ridiculously expense 1600 usd! BUT SOOO Worth it!!! No regrets everyone loved it and everyone fit on the dance floor. Makes great pictures too! Hair & Makeup: My cousin did my hair, he's a stylist. Makeup: Norma from MAC Cancun, she came to the resort- actually snuck in (yay no vendor fee) Photographer- Citlalli Rico- she is so sweet and gave me an extra hour free! Video- GRC we did the moon package, I can't wait to see it- he was very good and although the coverage was suppose to be 6 hours he stayed until the end. Here are some pictures! Hi BeachBum Lesley, I'm having 57 people including kids, we're doing a sweat heart table for us, and assorted (2) round and (4) square tables for our guest. If you're hiring a photographer don't forget to include them in your reception seating (i almost forgot! lol )
