    We have a special agreement with Majestic Resorts. if you receive the free round of golf, upon arrival you have to go to the Guest Service, to pick up a voucher for the free round, to bring it to the Pro Shop. With this you just have to pay US$45 per person, to use the cart. After the free round: the next will be US$80 per person with the cart included. For the 2nd round will get a 5% off over the US$80, for the 3rd round a 10% off and for the 5th round a 15% off. This promotion includes: · 18 Holes · Driving range balls · Tees · Water and soda · Sandwich after 9 holes · Cold towel after 18 holes · Transportation. We rent clubs Callaway Big Bertha, Titleist 775 for men and King Cobra for ladies, the cost is US$40 per bag. We also rent clubs Titleist AP1 for men and Cobra S3 Max for ladies, the cost is US$50 per bag.

    Punta bride, did your travel Agent supply you a list of excursions/ activities on the resort ? I'm trying to get one from my and ill post it when I get it cuz I would also like to do a day with the girls!

    I'm getting married Dec 4th 2013 at Majestic colonial, I'm having a beach reception at 3pm and we are still deciding on where we want our private reception . I provided a list of all the room prices for my guests traveling from Montreal and Toronto Canada and also the prices to upgrade to the colonial club 18+ section and everyone who has already booked has booked in 18+ cuz rooms and amenities look so much nicer ! I upgraded our room because I read its not guaranteed the bride and groom will get upgraded on arrival so I didn't want to be disappointed. Is anyone planning any excursions or activities for their guests? My FI read somewhere there in paintball and now he wants to do that :S

    The girls look good! I like the dress alot and count yourself lucky that ur not an A cup . Boobs make alot of wedding dresses look wow! I'm now on a mission to find the best paded bra! Lol

    For the front they are making it into a sweet heart neck line. They are taking it in because I'm a size 6 and I bought a sample gown that was a size 12!! They assured me they can make it perfect or else I wouldn't have bought it! All you ladies look so good in ur dresses and they are all so different I love it!

    I snuck my wedding band out almost got caught by my FI lol! It came with the ring it's so hard to wait until the wedding when you already have it at home!

    I like my last name better than his :S I'm from Quebec where woman dont change their names I actually have both my moms and my dads. He's from Ontario where it's common to adopt your husbands name. Our kids for sure will take his however I'm not sold on the idea to become "Vanessa Cartwright"

    I'm just in the process of booking, the resort has confirmed the wedding date now I'm just waiting for prices to tell my guests. Did u girls have to give your agent a aprox # of guests early on? I was told that deposits would need to be put down shortly and if you are 6 guests off in ur count you loose the 200$ deposits for these people. I'm sort of freaking out there is no way I'm putting deposits down for people who may not show up? Anyone else face anything like this ?

    I thought about getting another dress but then I felt like I would be cheating on my origional dress! So many people end up selling their dresses or holding on to them and never wearing them again so I might as well use it to its fullest and I think the cool pictures you get from it will be priceless! When you do the trash the dress photo shoot the next day do people get their makeup and hair redone or they just do it themselves since it will get ruined in the water?

    I just bought my wedding dress from avenue 22 bridal in Toronto. It's alot more bridal than I thought I wanted but I love it. I spent 1500$ with tax and alterations included was a sample gown from last year. I really had wanted to do a trash the dress photo shoot but when I said that at the store the lady freaked out saying this dress was way too nice! Ok what do you ladies think 1- is my dress going to get completly messed up cuz of some sand and water and 2- is there a price point that makes it ok to "trash your dress"?

    I'm a police officer, im afraid ill jump a fence and get my finger caught and loose the ring or a finger lol I've also worn it a few times at work when I first was engaged I was way too excited to leave it at home and I had some very sketchy people on the streets comment on it! I know I feel naked without it and sometimes panick sets in that I lost it and then remember its safe at home I look forward to being married I think I can get away with wearing a band at work.

    Hey Tara , I'm having my wedding dec 4th 2013 at majestic colonial. We are in planning and booking room process and its alot more work than I thought ! We are staying from nov 30th-dec 7th and they came back with only 1 day and time that the only judge in Dominican can marry us! I guess they are getting booked very quickly for the year.

    I made these at home and purchased magnets from the dollar store and stuck them on the back of the card. For 70 it cost me 11$ at staples! I will splurge on my invites
