    These shoes are not at all what I thought I wanted two months ago, in fact I only bought them in case I just could not find anything else because they "would do"...I opened the box for the first time since I bought them the other day and loved them! Lol They were bought on sale too which is even better!

    I sent my girls these cute little boxes with ring pops in them and made a personalized card with the reasoning I want them to stand by me on my day. I may have cried to myself writing in their cards lol

    At our resort we are only given three hours of time for the reception, is anyone else in this boat? We have the option to extend the reception at the price of $18pp per hour, plus the cost of having the dj stay longer. I'm just not sure how to pack it all into three hours and still have time to dance. Help!

    I have been searching everywhere for a blingy wedge heel so I can wear it all day comfortably, the above heel is the one I fell in love with, but for $500 I don't think that's practical...so I've found a website where try make customs shoes for a fair price shoesofprey.com and crafted the bottom shoe and I'm pretty sure I will be happier knowing I saved some money there

    I looked into doing a private catamaran for 40 guests, they include open bar and a light lunch...they stop for snorkelling, fishing and at the end for a swim. It will cost aprox $2400, which I would love to just pay for everyone...but is it wrong to just suggest it as an activity to do and our guests pay their own way if they are interested?

    Great ideas! My bridesmaids don't live nearby so I like the idea of sending a card, and maybe a little trinket of some sort.

    It can be upsetting when a friend can't make it, but in the end it's all about you and your fiancé. If you're there and he's there your good.

    My fiancé and I are getting married at the OGX near Playa Del Carmen, we are planning to book a catamaran with Fat Cat Tours. Has anyone else used them before? It's sounds like a great deal, with a private catamaran it includes open bar and a box lunch...they stop for snorkelling, can do some fishing and swimming. We figure its a good activity for our young and older guests.

    My fiancé and I are set on grey suits, we are going for a very classic but modern look. Can't wait to see how handsome he will be on our day. Now to find the right suit. Is everyone renting or buying? Also, how soon before the wedding did you buy suits?
