Hi, PLEASE HELP SOMEONE!! We booked our wedding at the Grand Bahia Principe Akumal - we are due to get married in just under 4 months (9th May). Anyway I have emailed Eugenia quite a few times with no response. I recognise that she is busy but I really need to know a few important things in particular - I'm hoping someone here can help me ASAP. When we booked with FC in July the weddings department told us that my partner (who is a British national) DID NOT need to have his passport, long birth certificate and divorce certificate translated into Spanish & notarised. We have had some issues with FC so I would rather get definitive guidance from Eugenia on this. I have sent these emails to her with no response. I am still going to wait for her response (so I have this all documented) but can anyone let me know what their experiences were - if you are British, were you required to have your documents (as above) translated & notarised? What firm did you use to do this? What were the estimated costs? Thanks so much for your help,
Miriam Berger
