Yeah I am going with Brian as well. If i was a photographer I would just be like Ill shoot your pics for free pay for me to go! vacations all the time. Buti guess you arnt making much money then! I was thinking something like the bubbas for the welcom packages It will go fast! may will come soon enough! I got engaged in December and getting married this jan. 2014 And its sorta flying by! Also have my friends wedding in August so lots of events in between to keep me busy and pretty soon ill be in Jamaica! I get rum cake all the time so not a big deal to me haha.

Figured it cost twice as much, to pay for thier trip, plus pics. etc. For welcome packages/favorus. I havent decided yet. I kinda have some idea, but that will be a last minute project probably. As a wedding day favour Ill probably have my future SIL Make some cookies, with our initials. AND my future mother in law is making Jamaican rum cake ( they are jamaican and thats traditionally the wedding cake) so we will be giving a little slice of that to eveyrone as well.

Thats true about the voices. I think you will for sure need a mic, I think the price for that is 200/hr. or something ridiculous like that. I think ill cross that bridge when the time comes lol. YOUR WELCOME! I as well am going with Brian for my photos Right now we are just finalizing which package we want to go with! Im thinking the 3 hour packag with TTD the next day and Possibly adding 1 extra hour on. Brian is really awesome. We have been emailing back and forth. On his FB page he just added some new pics from 2 weddings he just did at the resort. so far he hasnt disspaointed me ! I would LOVE to see some of your pics if you decide to go with him for your wedding! I see its a few months away but never the less!

I hear that a lot of ppl use Marcia Roberts. Her packages are pretty good and fair in Price. I am using Brian Nejedly. I love his work. The free package includes a semi private dinner, But no reception. You either have to do a private reception OR rent the disco for 2 hours before it opens or Have a bonfire on the beach. My wedding is also at 1(not by choice either) and I dont know what we are going to do inbetween time, for us and the wedding party and parents there will be pictures etc. but the guests I am not sure. Probably just have time to get a few drinks at the bar, freshen up. take a nap. Etc. I still havent finalized all the details on what is going to happen for dinner yet. As for the dinner table. I am going to bring my own table runners as its pretty expensive to rent them for one night, when you can buy them for less, and then sell them after. I will probably decorate it with some petals and misc things that I find

We are still debating between the private and the semi private with the reception at the disco. Fiances family would like private. And if we have over 40 ppl we will have to do it that way. . I am fine with the semi private and the disco reception as it includes everything. We are still in the deciding phase of this. Waiting on a email back from Keisha on more information. So many decisions

Hey I agree. The pics of the resort photographer iSnt what I am looking for. We are in the talks right now with a photographer. We know who we are going with just need to make it official. I debated a videographer but decided to just have a family member record the ceremony and reception. It will save us some money. With that being said. Most off site photographers do the videographer as well have have packages for both photo/video. And it would be one vendor fee

No problem! I was the same as you on the photographer. I looked a lot into it. My TA gave me pics from a couple that just got back from there and had the resort photographer, and it wasnt anything that wowed me. Not to say they arent a good photographer, just wasnt my taste. And for the price they are charging, I have decided to book with a offsite photographer. There are a lot of good photographers in Jamaica that will pay the vendor fee and give you amazing pictures! Which wedding package did you choose? I went with the free wedding so only the Semi private dinner was included with mine, But now we are thinking of doing a private reception at the plantation resturant. Which is costing 1000.00 set up, plus 10.50 per person (over the 10 ppl included in oru package) Im pretty sure we are going to have to pay for the DJ also. And ther eis no open bar with that. (havent decided if we will pay extra for that or ppl will just have to deal with only the wine lol until we go to the disco) My ceremony is at 1 as well(not by choice) I believe dinner starts at 530/6 pm ( im still waiting back on confirmation with that as well) I have been emailing Keisha since we booked our wedding and ours is in July . If you email her now she should respond, and if she doesnt within 3 days I would email her again. Or even phone her. I didnt even know about documents that need to be sent to her. I will probably email her for that around september so I can get them sent out in time( I am like you, i dont like to wait until last minute) I have found that google is my best friend. I google EVERYTHING for the resort. There is also a lot of pictures and information on this webiste. If you search the resturant pics or anything that you are wanting to know can generally find it on here. Back to the photographer. Depending on your budget and what you want out of your pictures its definately good to look off resort. I think I read that the photgorapher on the resort is only scheudled for your time that your wedding is. so ceremony at 1 I think you only have him for a hr or 2 depending on if they have another wedding after etc. So also something to consider. Are you planning on using the resort photographer? If so they usually email you. But You can also email them. They have already emailed me about my wedding and its Jan 2014. However I will be using a off site photographer. As for the spa you would just email the Renova spa and they will make a apointment I believe. Reception is done thru Keisha. Basically you tell her if you want the private or semi private(free if you are getting the package) Sometimes it takes her a while to respond

Yep eBay! No lie! I ordered it like mar 18 and it got here the Thursday that just past! The price was excellent. I was skeptical but that y I ordered it before the dress store needed their order in by! I figure try it out and if it sucked then still can order the original Thanks Allie! Are u girls planning to/ or have ordered any? Also the ADVANTAGE of this dress is its WAY lighter then the original. I'm getting married in Jamaica so It will be super hot and the original weighed I swear 50lbs!!

Well that is very reasonable. I've tried to cut out carbs period lol but sometimes I can't resist! I <3 carbs lol. I have always been interested in training for a fitness comp. maybe not actually competing but putting in the work for a out come I may try and look into it here. Lol ppl tree might laugh and b like "uh u?" Lol and laugh but I enjoy weights. Thanks for the tips! Appreciate it!

Excellent. That is what I will be doing probably a month before. I'm going to follow this. For now I will probably do all workouts am/pm in evening. Finally the snow is melting so I can get outside and rollerblade with my dog. And then I'd do my weights after. As u can see from those pics I posted I wanna work some more on my arms. They were more toned last summer but I have been slacking so gotta get back in that. Probabky start my p90x weight training again Cardio I will probably do some kick boxing/rollerblading/HIIT workouts.

Yes my hair and make up def need to be done haha I ordered it off eBay from triumph-king All his feedback was good so I took the chance and said if it was horrible if use it as my TTD dress but I am just going to use it as my gown. Saves my parents 1200$ that they don't have on the reall Maggie sottero. They would have paid it but I couldn't let them The knock off cost me 130 with shipping. Plus 20 customs so 150 total

I think they did GREAT on the beading. Here is a close up This part on the side needs a little tuck so it can be seen. Minor flaw. I don't have a picture of the part in the middle that one of the stitches came out so there is a small hole. Easily fixable. Didn't notice until I was takin it off The neckline needs a little tweaking but otherwise I'm very happy. They also have me free pearls haha lol as well as on the right side of pic (my left) bust area. It looks off and might need that fixed too Let me know what u guys think or notice !
