    Yeah my dog does the same thing he sleeps right in between my legs its so funny and if I dare to move he gets a little annoyed like i'm in his space. Crazy dogs. lol

    I would recommend using a travel agent. Makes booking for your guests easier and they can field all the questions and concerns. Saves you time and a headache. Also they can pay in payments throughout the year instead of all upfront which helps your guests out.

    What a cutie I love terriers they are so smart. They can be a handful with all their energy but so loveable.

    I'm with you if you can't make it no hard feelings but the bride and groom will still have a blast. They can enjoy all the great pics!!

    What we paid to go for a week with flight was about $1,000.00 that included transfers but your guests could stay 3 nights 4days and it would be much cheaper which isnt' too bad for an all inclusive. I wish the resort we picked in Cancun had these prices but we fell in love with much more expensive resort hopefully some people actually come if not it'll just be me and my groom. Good luck on picking your resort. P.S. I think i have some pics of the wedding when they were setting up I can upload them so you have an idea of what it would look like.

    Here are two pics of my doggie Linus he is a terrier mix and we got him almost two years ago as a rescue puppy. He has come a long way and my fiance and I love him so much. Sad we can't take him with us to Cancun but i'll definately be doing the dog cardboard cut out so we can incorporate him in some pictures. I'll also think of other ways to include him. I swear if our hotel allowed it my fiance wouldn't hesitate to have him there. lol Thanks for the tip Loreal30 will check out the website and please let us know what you think of their quality when you get the cut out.

    I just got back from a week vacation at the Melia Cabo Real its a very nice resort. The grounds are well kept and the service is pretty good. Actually saw them setting up for wedding and reception on the beach it was very nice.

    Thanks for the advice I sent the gift and card today so lets see how she handles it. I'm hoping for the best but prepared for the worst we'll see how this goes. As for people backing out and dissapointing you i'm prepared for that too like you said plan for everything and expect nothing from anyone. It just sucks when you thought you had a good friend but turns out they just don't care. Good luck with the rest of your wedding planning and may everything run smoothly.

    Wow some people know no boundaries can't believe that your fiances cousin called another travel agent. You were nice enough to even change your venue which is a big sacrifice because I'm sure you loved the one you picked in the first place that's why you picked it. I'm getting comments about the prices too but I'm not moving to another resort because then they will find something wrong with that one. Sometimes you need to tune the comments out and just do whats right for you and your fiance. You can compromise a little bit but if you change everything to accomdate people who probably wont' come no matter what then your wedding is no longer your wedding. Good luck to you and you are right this is stressful but in the end it'll be great and you will be married.

    Congrats Kate! Your video was so beautiful and moving I loved the emotion you both had on your special day. Your dress was also so whimsical you looked gorgeous. I might have to steal some of your decorations I got some really good ideas.

    Hi Lori, I see we do have a few things in common. It's funny that you mention the dog cut out, my fiance and I saw it on Del Sol Photography site and we also wanted to order one to use for our engagement pics that we are taking in Mexico in Oct. at our site visit. Have you found a website where you can order one? I've been looking and haven't really found a good site. My fiance is obsessed with our dog so any way we can include him we are all for it. I loved working with Magnet Street and the samples were great to see in person and the discounts they gave were great. Thanks for the advice on the stamps i'll try looking at zazzle.com and see if I can come up with something cute. Good luck to you on the wedding planning and I'm sure your FI will love the surprise!

    I researched for a long time to find the best website to order our STDs and Magnetstreet was the easiest, best quality and most affordable. I finally received my STDs yesterday and they came out so good I can't wait to start putting them together and mail them out. I wanted to give my guests over a year notice so that's why I'm sending them so early. I'm not sure what to do about addressing them though labels, print directly on the envelope or hand write the names and addresses? Also i'm thinking of doing some fun stamps with our dogs picture on it to include him somehow since he won't be at our wedding. I need to figure that part out. Any feedback would be appreciated.

    I love this show I can watch it for hours. My fiance likes it too even though he tries to say he doesn't he'll still sits down with me and watches it. lol

    I do not have my dress yet but I do love Maggie Sottero dresses there's something so elegant about them. These are my favorites they are completely different styles but so beautiful. Hopefully I can try them on really soon.
