The prices for the packages are for GUESTS right? The bride and groom aren't included. So "technically" bride and groom aren't considered part of the head count when it comes to the final budget ie food/ drink costs. Is that correct?

is there a place to plug in an ipod dock near the beach terrace? we're thinking of using a dock to play music during cocktail hour and then having dj later.

I just got an email from Adventure Photos telling me the Ultimate Package covers the ceremony and a 15 minute photo session after and thats it?? Is that correct?? Can anyone tell me if there is a fee for bringing in an outside photographer? I can use the money allotted in the package for the photog elsewhere for extra food or something etc.. correct??

Hi ladies! I'm new here so I was hoping you could help me! Right now I'm between Dreams RC and NOW Jade.. My question is this: once you book your package how do you go about choosing the photographer? I really want Juan Navarro.. He did my friends wedding at Dreams Cancun and her shots were BEAUTIFUL! I was her MOH and he followed us all day and was super sweet. I know that the photog comes with the package I just didn't know if there was a way to choose which photog or if Juan comes no matter what etc. I've emailed him already but I'm waiting to hear back so I'm hoping that someone can help me! My date isn't until late 2014 so I should have plenty of time to book him but I don't want to book until I know I can have him. I'm open to switching my date around based on his availability. As you can tell photography is my number one priority. Thanks!!!
