  2. i have never heard of the piano guys until you mentioned it they are amazing!! I am definitely doing using there version instead of the regular instrumental now!!
  3. As long as the photographer has at least 3 nights (whatever the minimum night is) booked they are allowed to be on site. Below is what I was sent for the day passes * Wedding Passes per adult (9am -6pm) from $200 * Full Day Passes per adult (10am -2am) from $420 * If you are having eight or more guests joining you for your private wedding reception and dinner, we have established a special day pass rate of $150 for each non-resort guest, which includes the Private Reception/Dinner cost of $75 per person. All Non-Beaches or Non-Beaches Resorts guests attending a wedding at any Beaches and Beaches Resort must purchase a day pass. Wedding Passes are intended for genuine guests and not third party providers of services. Use of third party vendors for photography or other services that are offered by Beaches is strictly prohibited.
  4. I love this song as well I think I am walking down to the instrumental version but part 2 because I like the violins in it better!
  5. We've been together since High School going on 7 years in a couple of months.
  6. We also used the "Plan to Get a Tan" and then just a simple "Invite you to share in the sun, sea, and memories of our wedding day" There are some great ideas on this thread!
  7. I am getting married at Beaches Turks & Caicos as far as I know - you can take your own pictures and videos but they do not allow outside vendors unless you have booked a room for them. To have an arch on the beach you do have to purchase it. There are different ones for different prices.
  8. love this idea. I can't decide if I want to use them or not..
  9. We are not getting married at Sandals Antigua but we got engaged there in May 2012. It is an amazing resort everyone is super friendly and accommodating. We were there a week and did see a few weddings- they all looked beautiful! Good luck planning!!
  10. lots of work before and after.. i won't know what to do with myself when its all done
  11. Very pretty! The top of yours is very similar to what I have been looking at, but haven't found it yet.
  12. Yea I wouldn't worry about it they can always book separate or wait to book together. the only thing it really prevents right now is for people to see how much flight and stay would be.
  13. Yes our STD's were more like invitations they included all the information on our wedding and the resort in Turks and Caico. From the group code, to what to bring and what is included at the resort. We will be sending those out about 14 months in advance. We will be sending out invitations for our at home reception probably just a month or so in advance, but other than that we aren't sending out anything else.
  14. I don't have a TA bc we travel pretty often, but I know that rooms here sell out sometimes so I wanted to give everybody else enough time. I also wanted to make sure I got the date and time I wanted for the wedding!
  15. One week before my wedding! When is your conference call. Mine isn't until March with Roxii.
