When we have stayed at sandals we have seen several wedding taking place but have never seen that wedding in process sign- but then again we tried to stay away from the ceremony which I think most people do. Flowers are still up in the air for me I saw a really pretty bouquet made from silk ribbonso I tried making it and its not to hard. I'll post a picture. The fan idea would be cute too. We haven't decided on what we are doing about a bridal party yet. We may not have them walk down the aisle (to save them the costs of buying bridesmaid dresses) - we have no idea haha I really like the parasol idea! Did you buy them from beaches and how much were they? I think it would look really nice. My colors are just a light blue and white. How many people are you coming to your wedding?

And what's the time and location of your ceremony? Right now we are at 4:00 on the beach but we are considering paying the extra for the sunset wedding. Just because we were originally picturing sunset and we are thinking there might not be as many people on the beach at 530. We have stayed at sandals twice before and as soon as the sun starts setting most people go in to get ready for dinner and we usually end up with the beach/pool mostly to ourselves around that time.

Hi ladies...I had a question for past brides that use Shenique or another outside person for hair and makeup, did you have to pay for a visitors day pass for them on top of what they charge to come to you??? I talked to Roxi last week and she informed me that I would have to pay $200 for a day pass just for her to do my hair and makeup!! :confused:

I was supposed to have my conference call weeks ago with Roxi - she called an hour late and i didn't have enough time to talk with her so We had to reschedule. The next call she called almost three hours late so I missed that call. It has been a little frustrating with her. So have plenty of time set aside to wait on her calls!

I may just carry the white and if we have a bridal party (kind of leaning towards not) I am making my bouquet from silk ribbon. It looks really nice.

The cheapest place we have ever been besides Mexico has been the Bahamas .. However, I do not know how much it would be for a wedding. Finding a place is the hardest part!

I always do the trips ourselves as well, but have always heard good things about a TA.

Wedding turks and Caicos . Honeymoon in bora bora but a few months later

We are getting married in Turks and Caicos and honeymoon is a couple months later in bora bora. For Our wedding there are going to be lots of friends and family. Most who have never traveled before and we travel all the time so we would like to spend the most time possible with them.

We are getting married in Turks and Caicos and our honeymoon will be a couple months after- we are thinking Bora Bora but are unsure. For our one year anniversary we are thinking about going back to Turks and Caicos.

We plan on maybe bora bora in the next couple of months after the wedding. And maybe on our one year anniversary visit the resort again. We have the travel bug though - so we travel often!

We have stayed at sandals in Montego Bay. We stayed at the royal Caribbean but you are allowed to visit the three resorts in Montego Bay. Royal carribean is a smaller resort and we like it the best of the three. But we had our room right on the beach and because it is smaller it wasn't as crowded.

Anyways we are looking at a couple all inclusive at bora bora for our honeymoon. I don't remember the names I post them when I do.

I have never heard of anyone having a problem carrying a wedding dress on! Most of the time they do give you an upgrade and treat you VIP but good luck to everyone!

Hello and Congrats!! We are getting married on May 21, 2014 and I still go back and forth about the photography thing. Luckily We have some time to decide Did they let you add an extra person to the rooms you already booked? and if someone is staying a week do they let you add that extra person for just the three night?
