  3. Hi there, The resort I'm getting married had an $800 vendor fee for bringing in outside photographers. I have found one photographer who will cover up to $500 of the vendor fee. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend other photographers that include something similar in the cost of their packages. Thanks! p.s. Stacy Clarke photography covers up to $500

  5. I'm getting married Jan 2014 and they wouldn't let me book until 2013. Apparently my date and time is confirmed now. I booked early since I really wanted a specific date and time.

  8. I get the impression that the 2500 for the exclusivity in the indoor restaurants does not include a DJ and is only for a 2 hour dinner. Is that right?
  9. I got this email today from the assistant wedding planner; The cost for the private reception is USD 2500.00 for the Garden Grill and Dolce Vita. USD 1700.00 for the outdoors restaurant " Pisces" Please note that this price is for 2013,keep in mind that the price may change for 2014. Please view photos above with restaurant. See her answer below in regards to questions I had: Is there a minimum and maximum number of people for that restaurant? Right now we're planning on 80 people but we may have more. We can host the maximum of 150pax. What is included with the $1700? Reception dinner for four hours with the Dj. - Private dinner reception for how many? We cater for 45pax and more for private reception. - Which menus are included? The Pisces restaurant uses the same menu as Dolce Vita. - How long is the dinner? Four hours. - What time does it start? 6:00pm or 6:30pm - Is music and dancing included? Yes. - Bar service? No,the open bar will be at an extra cost,however the waiter will be serving: House wine,soda,water & beer.

  11. Hi Everyone, I'm wondering what your experiences have been with the GBP photographer and videographer? Are they any good? For the people that used them, how did the photos turn out? how much time did they spend with you? and what types of prices did they quote for videos and additional photos that were not included in the package? I'm getting the impression that those that used them were not really happy?

If you need a technical service during the event it will have an extra charge of $ 200.00 (4 hours). If you provide your audiovisual equipment, it will be charged with 20% of our sell prices. You need to specify us of all the audiovisual equipment you will bring. The hotel is not responsible if the audiovisual equipments are not compatibles with the hotel connections, plugs or client laptop. All the audiovisual system that the hotel needs to contract with external suppliers will have ann extra charge for transportation of US$ 100

  15. I just heard back today that the white covers are included in the price - which was unexpected! So ill just need to pay 2.50 per chair for the sashes. She also mentioned that they do have wooden white chairs but those are an additional cost.

  18. hey there, Has anyone NOT used the chair covers and sashes you have to pay for? Some resorts have nice white chairs you can use for the ceremony and I was planning on just brining my own decorations for the chairs to add some colour. It's looking like the only chair options at the GBP are the ugly banquet chairs that will definitely need to be covered!
