My ceremony is at 2pm and they scheduled me in at 9am, so we have similar timelines (two people scheduled at a time). My only concern was for the girls going after me at 10:30am. It says hair takes 2 hrs and make up 1hr so that feels like it's cutting it close. But maybe it doesn't actually take 2 hrs to do their hair? Good question about the bar set up. I also want to figure out if they'd be able to do a few signature drinks for us.

At least I'm doing this well ahead of time so if it ends up taking 2 months to book it, oh well. And yes they showed me the charge for my own hair/MU. Thanks for reminding me that I don't have to pay for that! How many people in your party are getting hair/MU and how many hours before your ceremony are you guys starting to get ready? Has anyone been in contact with the spa at ERC? I've been trying to make hair and makeup appointments for myself and my bridal party but the communication has been hard. I feel like I write carefully worded emails with specific questions, but they never answer them. They respond back with questions to the same things I already sent them (ie: how long is your hair? when is your wedding day?). Ummm, I already told you all of that, but okay here it is again and then I resend my original questions and get....no answers back. I also told them I wanted all of us to be done by a specific time and then they sent me a tentative booking and some of the girls won't be finished until just before the ceremony. Ummm no, I'm trying to avoid stress. I haven't been anxious about very much for this wedding but I really want to have at least an hour before the ceremony to chill out with my girls, my Mom and FMIL, relax and get into my dress when the photographers arrive. I've had so many girlfriends tell me to make sure to schedule extra time to get ready, because stuff happens. Maybe I should just go through Gloria.
