    Sorry I have a next question- really sorry if its been posted before but ive gone through pages and pages and can find anything.... How many people does Castaways and the bamboo room and carnival terrace hold? and What time does the reception have to finish in these 3 venues? Is it 11pm at all 3 ... I thought I saw somewhere that at castaways it has to finish by 10pm??? Is it only a 3 hour reception included in the devine package? if so how much do you pay per hour to extend it? Our reception starts at 6 pm and somehow I dont think we will be finished by 9 pm!!!! thats it for now... im sure there will be more to come.. kelly

    just wondering if anyone knows if pilar has a selection a different colour fabrics for the beach pergola or do you have to provide your own?

    I understand how you feel about wanting to know whos coming and whos not... if your a bit of a confrol freak like me its really hard not to get stressed about it... Our date is set for 19th Feb 2014 and we are getting the invitations done now ( I know its really early!!!!) and set the RSVP for 31st May, so that gives people a couple of months to decide and start saving... We also dont want to hassle people thats why we decided on sending out invitations early rather than save the date cards.... I just want to get the planning underway!!!! Exciting times!!!!!

    Does anyone know how much Pilar would charge extra (we have the divine package) for this kind of fabric set up on the canopy and ministers table... ( we would just change colours to match our theme.... Many thanks in advance....

    hiya, me again... has anyone had their reception meal on the terrace around Feb time?? I cant decide if it will be too chilly in the evening for an outside reception around 19th feb??? kelly

    also... are you guys hiring the DJ for your reception??? We are going for the divine package but I guess that the DJ is another add on? Any one know how much it will cost? We are going for an outside photographer and was hoping that Pilar may swap for DJ time? Has anyone else done this?

    hi ya... im stuff with something and was hoping someone could give me a hand.... if my reception is from 6pm-10pm im confused to know what order to do everything.... what time should dinner be served.... cutting the cake.... the first dance.... I dont think that we are going to do speeches. If anyone could help id be really thankful....

    i was just looking on trip advisor at Now Jade (now that my date has been confirmed for 19/02/2014 im getting a little obsessed with it all).... anyway, in the forum a few people are saying that there is major building work going on next door.... a new hotel I guess... does anyone know when the work is to be completed.... I cant think of nothing worse than being on a relaxing holiday... and not to mention wedding... with loads of banging going on in the background... any info would be great!!! kelly

    heya, that will be interesting to know the outcome of your food tasting!!! Im just waiting for confirmation of my wedding date of the 19th Feb 2014, could anyone tall me what the weather is like in the evenings?? Ive heard that the temperature drops somewhat so this obviously is a major factor in my decision on where to have my reception... I did want it on the terrace but may opt for the bamboo room if its chilly at night.

    hi ya everyone!!!! I have a couple of questions and was hoping that someone could advise me?? I have been going through this thread but there is sooooo much to read so im really sorry if this has been answered before!!! We are waiting on confirmation on our actual wedding date (feb 2014) but we are definatly going for the divine wedding package. does anyone know the following... 1- Is the beach pergola decorated in this package or is it extra?? I guess that the flowers would be an extra but what about the fabric?? 2- Is it worth me taking my own table place cards, menus and napkins etc??? 3- Does anyone know approx how much extra flowers cost for the reception tables and pergola??? 4- And lastly I was wondering if anyone could be kind enough to email me the wedding planning list that Pilar sends to people just so that I can have a little more of an idea on things!!! my email is [email protected] Many, many thanks in advance Kelly

    hi ya guys!!! I havent yet booked my wedding at Now Jade as im booking it through Virgin Holidays and their weddings brochure isnt yet out for feb 2014 but we have book the two weeks holiday/honeymoon part. Has anyone else booked their wedding though Virgin holidays in the UK? Was just wondering about the different packages- in their current brochure they only have two packages the 'your moments' one and the 'Now to eternity one'- on the Now Jade website they offer a third - Divine package which we want to to for. Does anyone know if Virgin offers this one aswell? Also the same packages on the Jade website seem to offer more than what the same Virgin ones do? Not sure if Virgin just havent included everything in their brochure? Cant decide if I chould just book direct with the resort???? Goodness me I thought that it was going to be so straight forward doing a destinations wedding but it looks like theres going to be alot of serious planning!!!!but.... Im sooooo excited!!! We've been engaged for over three years now and have two beautiful children that will be 2 and 4 sharing our special day!! Cant wait roll on feb 2014!!!! an excited bride Kelly
