    Thanks ladies!

This is an excellent question!! TBH I think 8 bridesmaids would be a stretch at the pergula. We had a hard time getting 5 on each side of us! The issue is the left side there is a wall and you really can't extend beyond that. And the other problem is if we had to push them under the pergula, there would be shadows on them and the pictures wouldn't turn out. i like the suggestion from khunt about maybe only having your MOH and BM standing up while the other sit in the first row. There will be plenty of pictures of you and your wedding party on the beach afterwards!!!! We've loved the pergula location! It just felt more classy/intimate than the beach. I hope the pictures below help!

  2. The basic cake (with the free your moments package) was delicious!!! nothing amazing to look at, but really tasty. AND IT FED ALL 40 of our guests!! Okay, well maybe 35 since not everyone wanted cake. How did we do this?!? My hubby just started cutting the cake himself after I smashed his slice into his face! The cake guy just stood there and watched helplessly as Dave just kept cutting it!! They would've only cut it into 10 or so HUGE pieces, but this way, everyone got some and it wasn't overkill! Woops I guess we just kinda took over!!! lol!

  3. Hi again Susannah!

I would definitely recommend going with the free "Your Moment" package, and just a la carting the rest if you are on a budget! We did the your moments package and just added decoration to the chairs, painted flowers (I know that sounds crazy! But it looks incredibly real!) added lights and sound equipment for dance, and just had our guests get drinks from the resort bars instead of a private cocktail hour. Here is a link to more of our pictures http://justinmarkphotography.com/blog/?p=912

  4. yes!!! I see you booked the bamboo room for the reception/dance! definitely the way to go!! That's what we did to and it was so nice to have the air conditioned room!!! The only downside was that we didn't pay for any bar service, so our guests were constantly coming and going to get drinks. Not a big deal, but it made it tough to get a big group shot of everyone on the dance. :/ something to think about.

  5. Try skype-calling her!! That's what I did before my wedding last August because I just couldn't wait around week after week for an email. And most the time she'd answer some of the questions I had but forget to answer all of them, and reading her responses was confusing sometimes too. Trust me call her, you will be sooo relieved! You can install Skype on your phone and then call her using that. It's so cheap and it really works!
