    Finally back from what was the most AMAZING time of my life Everything was super easy and all of our guest said they had an awesome time. Check out my Review that I will post today. If anyone has questions feel free to contact me and I can help!

    Ahhh I leave on Monday for my wedding and can't wait. I cant believe it is almost here. Any other brides getting married on March 1st? Or if anyone has any last minute tips let me know, otherwise I guess well see how it turns out

    Is it true that they guys have to wear pants to the dinner restaurants or can they wear nice dress shorts? We are going to be there for about 2 weeks and want to try all the places I'm just trying to figure out what to all pack and don't want to be overloaded.

    Let me know what you find out... I am also going with the island pearl package and was planning to use the ipod hookup for the ceremony for the bridal party and myself walking down. I also am wondering who would do that or if I need to have one of my guest be in charge. Best of luck with everything. Let me know how it all goes and how you like the package!

    I have not heard from her in a few weeks. I guess I'm just waiting patiently to see what comes next. Even though I'm super excited and anxious!!! I am getting all the small things done that I can in the mean time

    Thanks for the review. Its always great to hear from someone that got married there. We are thinking of doing the Jamaican Buffet since we have 51 people going. Is anyone's wedding around March 1, 2013?

    The prices for the packages were anywhere from $189-$300 but that included bridal hair style and manicure & pedicure. I am not going with them since my sister does hair and she is just going to do mine.

    I got an email yesterday too from the spa. I have been emailing the WC to get specific details. If you want to use the hotel photographer they are True Colors. I was told that the packages only include 8 pictures but you can always buy more. Check them out at www.truecolorsphotos.com They can give you more details.

    For my favors I am giving away sky lanterns at the end of the night and matches so everyone can let them go on the beach. (hopefully they let me do that) I am waiting on sping stuff to come out since I wanted to get so last minute things for the bridal party gifts. I have emailed the outside floral place and I am still waiting to hear back from them. Let me know how the steel drum band goes. They say that there is an ipod dock at the ceremony and I was thinking to just have that set up for the walking down the isle part.

    I keep email the WC asking what else I need to do before we go. She keeps telling me that I can wait till I get down there. Court- do you recommend anything to get done? I have selected location, food, photographer, package (but I do want to change flowers). Let me know if there is anything you can think of. Best of luck and I can't wait to hear all about your wedding.

    Do they tell you about the wedding ceremony so that I can make my own programs? Or should I just make it basic? I want to try and make some that looks like a fan in case its hot the guest can use it to fan themselves. I dont know if I should ask the WC since she keeps telling me we can do everything when we get there. This is one thing I would need to do ahead of time.

    I was looking for pink or lime green orchids and I did look at Michaels and didn't find any...Any more suggestions where to but them???

    CourtBestBride---I asked the WC about a seating chart and she told me that I can just decide on it when I get down there. She did tell me that if we were to do round tables that they seat 8 people comfortably (this is in the Blue Lagoon). Keep me posted with what you find out, your wedding is coming up very soon I dont think that I am going to do a seating chart. We have 48 people and Im just going to do a head table then let everyone sit with who they want so it will be one less thing to have to travel with.

    Has anyone ever done the Horseback riding that goes in the ocean? My Fiance loves horses and I think that looks like it would be a fun thing to do. Also how is the Dunn River Falls if anyone has done that too...

    I got the quote from the hotel band and they told me that it was $300 per hour and a minimum of 3 hours. I am not sure about the documents being notarized. I have sent in a scanned copy of our driver license and birth certificates and I didn't get a response about anything else being needed. I guess I should email the WC and check. If you hear about anything else being needed please let me know.

    There was a Jamaican buffet that the man carving is pig and then a lot of different foods. Another is the BBQ buffet that has chicken, pork, fish and beef---just a bit of everything. And then there is another one but its not in my optiosn. They all have a wide variety of things that is why we have chosen to do a buffet since everyone has different tastes.
