    Wow this is awesome!!! We are also legally getting married once we return home in a catholic wedding ceremony. I don't know if we plan on signing anything, but maybe we should!

    Are you guys bringing table decorations? I can't seem to "focus" myself to decide on what to do for table decor... I find it hard, because I look at all these beautiful images on google or other websites, but know I have to bring everything we want... so I am not really sure what to do!

    My fiancé and I were engaged about a year and a half after dating. We already had bought a house together after about 6 months. But we had been friends already for 9 years, so once we got together we both knew we were "the one" for each other! We'll be married at 2 and half years! I am so excited to spend the rest of my life with my best friend!

    Have fun Kay!!! By the sounds of it you definitely deserve the break! No new planning for me as we're still away on vacation. But we had our engagement photos done on Monday and I am dying to see them! It was super hot and I was sweating like crazy so I am hoping you won't be able to tell in the photos, but she seemed super excited about some of the photos! She said it would be about 5 weeks before we get them on DVD but she'd send a few teasers to us in the mean time... so I hope they come soon! I can't wait! Anyway hope all is well with everyone here and that planning is all going smoothly!

    Well ladies I am off to Germany tonight, so I am guessing I won't be posting much here while I am away... if I can get internet though I'll be checking in every now and then just to keep myself in the loop! When I get back I'll have some engagement photos to share! So I hope you all have a wonderful few weeks and get lots of planning completed!!!

    Yeah I want a wedding band, but I don't want to spend much on it and there just doesn't seem to be a whole lot of styles. I like this one... I just wish that it was a little bit wider. But that was the only one that I have found like that so far... but maybe now that I know what I like I can find a little bit wider one... we'll see! I am going to look while I'm in Germany... they seem to have a bit more design to their wedding bands... anyway I'll let you guys know what I decide on!

    Thanks! I know I am like so on the ball with things... I'll have nothing left to do when soon lol! But I hate doing things last minute... it stresses me out to no end, so I rather do it now when I still have time if I can't find what I am looking for so I am not scrambabling at the end... I want to be able to just relax the coming months up to the wedding!

    It's taupe... the material is a bit shiny which you can't really tell in this photo but the suit is sooo nice! You can order from Le Chateau online... our best man got his 10% off when he bought online... wish we had of known that! Its a little lighter in person then it looks on him. But we did buy the matching jacket as we are having a catholic ceremony once we return so his mom said he needs a jacket to wear in the church (plus he can wear it as a suit afterwards) but it came to just under $500 for the pants, vest, and jacket and tie. The pants for the guys were only $89 which I thought was reasonable.

    Yeah we bought his suit before I had even found my dress... but he HATES shopping, so I had him out one day at the mall and thought this is not going to happen again for a long time, so I knew Le Chateau had linen suits and its what I originally wanted him to wear, so had him try it on and didn't like it, but saw this suit and he even fell in love with it (or as he put it "Damn, I look good" lol). So we decided to buy it since hes the type to buy it if it fits and looks good! One other thing have you guys purchased your wedding bands already? This is kind of what I have been working on lately... I can't seem to find any that I love and I really don't want to spend a lot of money on it. There is one I am leaning towards... its an infinity wedding band with diamonds in it... the important thing for me is I want to be able to wear the band on its own (in case one day I don't feel like wearing my engagement ring), but I also want it to look good with my band... I am having trouble with finding one that works both ways. I do like this one, but I don't know if the band is too slim? What do you guys think?

    Hi ladies, We have talked so much about what we're wearing but what about our men? Have your FI's already picked out their attire? I had thought about a linen suit, but when my FI tried it on I wasn't impressed with how it looked. So we ended up going with a different suit from Le Chateau and he looks so handsome in it! He's just wearing a vest, tie, and pants. Our groomsmen are wearing matching pants and a white shirt with a brown belt and shoes. We bought their pants and then just asked them to wear their own shirt and shoes. I am also getting them bouts from etsy... white calla lilies with star fish on them!

    My FI is wearing a suit from Le Chateau. He's just wearing the vest and pants with a tie. The groomsmen will be wearing the same pants and their own white shirts, brown belt, and brown shoes! I think they are going to look so handsome! Here's my FI attire.

    This is pretty much exactly what I am doing too. My groom in a vest only and groomsmen in white shirt and pants, no tie. My bridesmaids are in coral! I plan on getting the guys calla lily bouts with starfish on them from etsy! I think they are going to look soo good!

    Honestly I was nervous beforehand too but there is absolutely no reason! It was soooo much fun and you're going to look stunning so I wouldn't even worry about it! Just go in thinking positive and maybe have a glass of wine beforehand! My friend and I rented a hotel room and had some wine and snacks there which was great!

    Thanks! I hope he does!! Although I can't imagine why he wouldn't lol! I had actually purchased them at a Halloween store back on October (I went as a flapper girl). So I don't know where you'd get them now... but I bet Ardene or Claires might have something not too pricey! You definitely need to get some because they make for some amazing photos! I also have some with a veil that are super nice as well... I have to be honest the "bridal" ones are my least favourite, but they are still beautiful. I guess I just felt sexier in the other photos I did.
