After having my makeup trial yesterday, I would definitely recommend getting one. I was not happy with how it turned out, as wayyy too much was applied. There was also a language barrier, so it was hard to communicate what I didn't like. And I had even brought a picture. I'm a bit nervous for my hair now, but fingers crossed. wedding is this afternoon! So crazy, I slept so poorly and am so tired! Hopefully a nap is in my future

I am doing the makeup trial today. for me, the $50 was worth the peace of mind. andyes we were scheduled to be.on the royale side for the first.part of the trip, so this was a great.surprise it's heaven.here everyone is so so friendly!

Thanks! Someone I work with gave great advice before I left. She said that something will go different on your wedding day - nothing will ever go wrong, because no one else will know what it was supposed to be. And the differences is what makes your wedding unique. I thought that was great advice

I'm getting so nervous! I'm not even sure what about haha. But the fact that after today I'll be off work for two weeks is really hitting me that it's happening.

We were doing the same! At one point I just looked around the room and said to my FI, "How are we getting all of this shit to Mexico??" It was a little overwhelming. We have all of these tumblers for welcome bags, vases for centerpieces, etc. We each get one checked bag for free, and then plan on bringing one extra. Then we'll have a carry-on, and I'll bring my dress on the plane. Not only getting everything into the 3 suitcases, but then keeing them under 50 lbs. is another struggle. Hopefully we'll be able to make it work. Otherwise I'll just ask my mom or siblings to take stuff, but I'd like to avoid that and keep all our stuff together. The good news is (which I keep telling myself) that packing to come home will be super easy!

Checked the 14 day forecast, I'm getting worried how hot it'll be! Not that I can do anything about it. Hopefully being right on the ocean will help. I'm afraid that I'm going to have to order all my pictures in black and white, because my face will be so red!

We leave Wednesday! I don't know how that happened haha. Maybe we'll bring $200 after our $100 for the setup fee. I guess it'd be better to take out more, not needed, and then just be able to re-deposit it when we get home. I'll let the FI decide haha. I'm over decision making at this point. I just keep telling him, "I don't care. Whatever you want. You decide." Just get me to Mexico!

Thanks! We're leaving so soon! I know I've asked this, but how much cash did you bring? Did you wish you brought more/less? We're having 19 guests so we're bringing $100 to the meeting with the WC for our set-up fee. I don't plano n paying her anymore for set up - this is at about the $5 pp fee. So we were thinking of another $150 - 200 in cash...? Thoughts?
