Hi hezmshaw, When is your wedding? Where are you having your reception. I had my heart set on plaza zavas but wasn't sure about a private event when I first booked. By the time I decided on the private event that location was taken. Have it set for poolside but I'm still thinking that over.

Hi ladies, Im getting maried November 8, 2013 at Azul Sensatori. Im so glad I found this forum. I had seen one for May 2013 but never thought to search for a November 2013... I am sooo excited but still have much planning to do. I have already booked the resort and the honeymoon and our flights. Working on the reception venue at this point. Have got the save the dates out and the invites should go out this weekend. So fa have about 24 guests coming. I think for the most part most of the people that are coming are booked. Happy planning ladies.

Tarasteve- they should be out by the end of the month, there was an issue with the pkg containing the proof for my invites so I'm supposed to get the second pkg today. My vendor promised she wud put a rush on them once I give her the ok. I sent out save the dates back in November. I meant to get the invites out in February but the vendor I'm using was very backed up.

No we didn't go that route, I was afraid of getting stuck with rooms at the end. I guess I'll send out an email just reminding everyone to book and hope for the best.

Hi ladies, I'm having an issues that is really stressing me out. I was speaking with my TA and she said to let any family members and friends know that they should book soon b/c it looks like the hotel will book out. Did anyone have this happen to them? My wedding isn't til November and I know many of my guests are dragging their feet and haven't booked yet. I haven't even gotten my invites out yet... Did this happen to any previous brides or anyone dealing with this now? I'm worried that when my guest actually go to book there wont be rooms available... I was thinking to email everyone just a reminder to book or something but thats what my invites were supposed to be... Just stressing!!! Any input would be much appreciated... Thanks.

Thanks for the link for the zippered key holders... I bought the unzippered ones but I think ill get the zippered ones instead just in case, I dont want stull falling out especially if people forget and jump in the pool with it or something...

Your colors came together so well.. I will have similar napkin rings. I ordered 1 like this on etsy but it was painted gold. Not sure if I'm liking it. I may have liked it better in its natural color... It doesn't look hard, maybe ill give it an attempt myself. Did you hit glue the ribbon?
